Hey plenty of men have rejected me and do I think they are shallow? No, not one bit. They have their preferences as everyone does, big deal, get over it already. You have obvious issues with women. Sorry you have problems with rejection and strong women. Considering you went 7 years without dating you may want to rethink your outlook on the opposite sex. No I'm not a hothead at all, but I don't put up with sh*t either. So if someone posts something judgmental about me I'm gonna call them on it. I want people to know who I am and what I'm about. This is why I have a complete profile, with pics and such. | |

perhaps the less that perfect or average looking guy would be a lot better that the one who is vain & hung up on his looks. I do agree with this one point. For me I prefer to see a picture because I'm a visual type person. There has got be some sort of physical attraction or it's a waste of time. I've posted on other forums about not judging a book by it's cover and I honestly mean it. I've met people before that I don't initially find attractive but learning about their personalities and mannerisms makes them more physically appealing to me. The picture just gives you an idea of who you are talking to.
The kind of pictures someone posts on their profile is a personal choice and WE including you Mr. fox have no right to judge based simply on the photo. It seems to me that you are doing to Tina exactly what you're accusing her of doing wrong. You preach about not judging and from what I know of you, you are oone of the most judgemental people I've ever encountered, basing your statements on opinion rather than fact. Perhaps if we all practiced what we preach things would be a whole lot better!

Reason why I take breaks from these forums, disclose a bit of personal information that would help others or make them feel a bit better about themselves, & its used against them at a later date. (See this drama folks!! )

Exactly the point I was trying to make, & wouldn't want the judgement to be clouded by a picture. & Deb, I had pictures here, & got nice comments on them, I just prefered to remove them.

& Deb, I had pictures here, & got nice comments on them, I just prefered to remove them. that's your choice and it's fine if you don't want to have pictures I don't judge you based on that. I'm simply saying that you should not judge others based on the photos they choose to display. | |
