Tatoos, shaved head, attitude, sweet, sweet, sweet, polite, rubs my feet for half an hour, kinda like the (yes, a little impersonal) but fun, flirty text messages. I switch between calling him Keanu Reeves (whom he could be a stand in for- I'm trying to become his manager, but he is so Not Vain) and Colin Farrel. Sometimes I call him Hawksley (Workman) too, he looks just like Hawksley on his Lover/Fighter cover shot. He loves it! I see this sexy young man several times throughout the week because of our jobs. I have told him no-one can know (No, we do not work for the same company - pure coincidence - same building only). He's all good about it and says - guess I better concentrate on finding a wife soon, but not too soon. Our flirting and hot sex, it is just great! He is so Hot! | |

I get along best with guys around my age, give or take a few years ... we have the same tastes in music which is all important to me & some can still keep up with me. Dating guys in their late 30's or early 40's is awesome, except that most are just there for the play sessions & want to eventually settle down with someone whom they can have kids with. Anyone younger than mid-30's is rejuvenating but eventually feels like I'm taking on another son. Guys over 52 or so usually have grown kids & therefore tend to take on a fatherly role, which appeals to the little girl in me ... it works if they don't start getting bossy with me. But I think anything within 10 years up or down is cool ... anything more than that & someone is robbing the cradle. | |

Posted: 3/30/2008 4:56:50 PM | | i'll chat or meet with anyone who captures my interest provided he's 18 or older and not still in high school...lol. however i don't generally consider a guy dateable unless he's 26+...guys younger than that tend not to be looking for relationships, and a 10 years+ age gap can limit the potential for common interests and experience. personally i prefer to aim 5 years either way, but ultimately attraction sometimes defies those limitations...and i go with my instincts moreso than an arbitrary age rule. | |

cos... I have met lovely men much younger...and much older than meand it has been all good.
As for Rule of Thumb...well that is so old school.
I have been told that I look a good 10-15 years younger than my age and I act a lot younger too. I find that I have a lot in common with people who share the same activities and it is all about and compatibility.
If I am looking for a spouse then I would consider the age thing...cos I certainly don't want him to outlive me!!! | |

What happens if you're not a mathematician? Then is it ok to date someone outside that magic number?
