Anyways some nice comments on either side...and way too deep for my redneck serious thoughts....
So why don't we collect eggs and sperm right after sexual maturity and store them for future use in an incubator...
this way we can safely remove all sexual organs and functions add a little brain adjustment and we can outlaw any sex for anyone and impose the death penalty for any offender

Posted: 10/22/2007 7:07:22 PM | While in some respects I agree with the OPs sentiments, there are several reasons why this is a bad idea.
#1- possibility of a false/mistaken conviction. It happens in roughly 3% of criminal cases.
#2- this eliminates one of the primary motives that a rapist might have for NOT killing his victims. | |

Wether you wanr to believe it or not I have SEEN officiall hand bookes on the CRIMINAL LAWS OF CANADA> under a very large no. of crimes is printed in ITALICE. THE onus to prove inocence, the burden lies with the defendant.
