I myself would like to see these sites not allowing ANY pictures. I think if we really took the time to know someone without seeing a picture the world would be a better place. We as humans seem to feel as though we have to have a picture that may or may not determine whether or not we'd like to get to know that person..
A young lady posted a comment stating.."people post whatever will bring them attention ", for instance, a souped up car or a motorcycle..which you guys tend to post. My opinion on that is this...Seeing a picture of an animal WILL NOT attract me to you or bring you my attention, neither will a car nor a motorcycle...but a kind, loving man WILL. If there's anyone who feels the need to post their animal to get some attention, you might be in trouble....Seek Counseling...... | |

Posted: 1/19/2008 2:08:23 PM | | Hello obbn , I get on here for awhile go out on a couple of dates - then i back off for a couple of months - and well here i am back on again trying to find me a honey - its all touch and go - dont take it to serious - i think we alllll know you cannot rush love it just happens - anyway one of my reasons for backing off was dishonesty to start with - like you said he had pics - pics of his art work - pics of his nice home - pics of his fancy car - pics of him on vacation like somewhere on the islands - WELL GET THIS - his artwork - turned out to be a handyman - his home - lost it in his divorce - his fancy car - the ex got that to - and hell the islands - he was at the local beach and that pic was like 20 years ago - hate to say he did not age well - so see you guys do it to - personally i do not even have a pic due to my reputation in the community but i do have pics to share - i get mail not on my pics but they like my profile - and i am a pretty girl - and oh yeah one thing about pics of your pets at least it shows you are in a stable enviroment - and just not running loose (ha ha ) - I have i dog and 2 cats - see ya - | |

Posted: 3/22/2008 11:28:44 AM | I don't have dogs. Am not a dog person. I think most men are however and that would give you a opener of a question. "love the dogs what are their names". When i had cat photos up, guys would ask me their names or mention them. It's an ice breaker if nothing else.
But yeah, guys do this too. Along with their cars, bikes, ex gfs, hot chicks, kids, houses, boats, dead deer, dead fish....etc etc.
our photos are a reflection of our lives...just don't show photos of your mercedes or jaguar, and your huge house and say ''golddiggers stay away''. | |

I do have a problem with people who post pics of themselves with children in them on an adult site. Share that in private after you've gotten to know someone. We'll know you've got children by your profile already.
It's kind of creepy that you won't mind sharing a photo of a child with complete strangers on the net. Not cool. | |
