Posted: 8/4/2009 11:03:50 AM | Yes I do... hard to explain and put into words... apparently I do not have enough going on to keep a persons interest. Must be a really boring guy or my cooking sucks!

2. I really liked her alot... alot... She was very special, I was inspired by her!
3. Food & Work are all that remain... No taste for food and have the day off from work!

6. I hate having to work so hard at getting a gals interest. I like a relationship and intimacy. There are friendships but there is no intimacy.

Posted: 8/4/2009 9:42:00 PM | BEING ABLE TO ON THE SPUR OF THE MOMENT THROW A GET TOGETHER FOR MY GIRLFRIEND...and have a total freaking blast... and no guilt feelings about it all.
nothing but a great time was had,...I am blessed with some great friends. Had I not gotten single I would have never met them... life is sweet and fun..hope you are enjoying it too.

When I am working at home I don't need to stop 327.633 times an hour to go look at something that could wait until later.
The groundskeepers take care of the critter corpses, other tenants pick up their dog poo. What a luxury!
I can scratch where I want with no apologies.
Everybody I live with loves my cooking? All three of us. You know their names. | |

| Things I Like About Being Single!
Posted: 8/5/2009 8:00:56 PM | Having only been single again for such a short time you would think I really would not know what it is that I would like about being single but surprisingly the list is quite long... here are some of the top reasons I Love Being Single!
1. When I clean the house .. It Stays Clean!
2. The toilet seat stays DOWN! (bonus... no tinkle on the seat or around the potty)
3. I can come and go as I please without explaination or arguments!
4. The grocery list has become much smaller and much more affordable!
5. There are no wet towels, dirty socks or shorts on my bathroom or bedroom floor!
6. The cap stays on the toothpaste and shampoo!
7. My shower puff is not filled with hair and the body wash lasts a lot longer!
8. The soap is not left stuck in the bottom of the shower!
9. When I turn off a light, TV, appliance it stays off til I want it on!
10. I can sleep at night without hearing the TV blaring the radio blasting, bad guitar playing accompanied by lousy singing , the microwave beeping, fridge or doors being opened or closed!
And..Last but not least and Best of all I can live without FEAR of being abused physically, mentally or emotionally!!! | |

AMEN to this one...........that is why I joke with my friends that come over that I have a men's and women's bathrooms. My master bathroom I always keep clean, but my hallway bathroom, I don't ever use it so I only clean that occasionally.
Best of all I can live without FEAR of being abused physically, mentally or emotionally!
I wish that my best friend would get this, unfortunatly she is dating a guy who she is too scared to get away from  , I never have liked this guy and the longer she stays with him, the worse he appears. | |

I would say the majority of the reason IS the lack of self-worth. Part of the abuse begins when the abuser, little by little, begins chipping away at the person's self-esteem, self-worth, etc. to where they eventually begin to think that that's all they can get or all they deserve. I remember one time pulling out of a parking space and grinding the gears of the manual transmission. There were people sitting around and they began laughing...I felt they were laughing at me because I did feel so self-conscious about everything I did, but in retrospect, I don't think they were even paying attention to me.
Eventually, the abuse often times becomes so violent that the abuser begins threatening friends and family. Fortunately for me, I had a very supportive family and friends who helped me realize it wasn't me...and I deserved better. | |

Posted: 8/7/2009 3:38:06 AM | Well i've known a few, dated a few for that matter... still dont get it, well cant say i didn't stay in a few relationships i should have bolted on so guess i kinda do - but that was mental, not to sure that many women would want to get abusive in a physical way w/me!!!
Personally i'm thinkin they all need a smack upside the head with a newspaper for sticking it out!
Hmmmmmm guess that makes me abusive! 
And reverse topic.....
I think i need to not be single, may just have to find someone to make sure my arse gets in bed at a decent time!
This working till 5-6-7-8am is for the birds!!!!

OK, just for the record, Saturday night is NOT my turn to babysit Bay, someone else has to make sure he gets back to his room ok, I did my job on NYE. I even managed to make sure Skip was safe and sound in his room. (of course, this was because Bay was too loud in the hallway and woke Skip up)...........dang Fishies always creating havoc at the Strat.
***I already made note to myself that the "after" after party is not going to be held in my room or on my patio**** | |
