But oh well...that's the way the cookie crumbles!
I came home tonight, got into sweats, had some soup and read! It was nice! AND, I got to control the remote, of course! | |

Posted: 1/4/2008 1:18:22 PM | shortstack... this internet dating it wild and crazy.. don't be too upset about getting stood up... if they are that kind of person, you are better off without them in your life anyway.
Ok... when I have a day off from work during the week.. I can sleep in, eat whatever time I want to...and whatever I want to.... . lounge around in my pj's and warm fuzzy housecoat.. yes just chilling..... oh I forgot to mention.. take a nice long winter's nap with my pup on top of me and NO one can say a word about it!!!!
The longer I am single the more I am enjoying it. First time in my life for this and it does take a little getting use to.

1. Between the dog, the housekeeper, and a bamboo back scratcher most of my creature comforts are covered.
2. I have more free money.
3. I have more free time.
4. No visits from in-laws.
5. Sex is more satisfying.
6. I can hog as much of the bed as I like without fear of an elbow in my ribs.
7. It has been a time of incredible self discovery.
8. No Community Property.
9. Better reading material in the bathroom.
10. I am now able to forget my mistakes. | |

I second that! Especially after last night, or should I say about 5 am this morning. I am going to have to start taking naps on nights I go out with this group if we keep making these late nighters like this. But that is ok, can never have too much fun with friends in tow. | |

I second that woman! I've not been out that late/early in the night/morning in ages and it was great! When I decided it was time to haul my sorry azz home I did it. I didn't have to do the "Are you ready to go yet?" dance or the "Hey, let me say goodbye to just one more person" waltz. | |
