You should expand a few of your interests rather then just list them.
The use of spacing and paragraphs would help too.

I dont know you. And thats who this profile is about. So talk about you. Also dont just list what you like to do talk a little on them, or a couple of them. Make it look like you put some thought into this.
You really dont need such a long statement if at all about the spelling of blond/e.
Btw... whats with the pants down golf? If your going to have the pics up why not talk about them?

Your main pic is blurry, a clear one of just you would be better.
Dont talk about your ex in your profile, everyone has one, but talking about it makes your profile negative.
When you talk about what you like to do, dont just list them, talk a little about them.
Also who are you? you dont tell about yourself, thats what the profile is about.

WEll your pics are either fuzzy or too far away, Take some of you smilling. Or get nicely dressed have a shave and get a friend to take some pics.
In the interests section, just list your interests as thats how your matches are matched. You can talk about them in that detail in your profile.
So, if you would like to meet me....drop me a line and lets chat Dont worry if they want you they will.
Whats with the big space after you say cheers?

Yuo need to get a pic of you smilling and happy for your main pic, it will get more looks, and msgs.
Talk about your interests and what do you do for fun, not just seasonal things... if you like music how about talk about your fav band/singer.
What are you looking for on his site? Dont list, just make a gereneral sentence about what that is.

The pics are good.
You need to talk about you in your profile, describe yourself (personality), Talk more and your interests and what you like doing, then talk about what you are looking for.
Also lose the swearing in there, not needed.
