My expectations were high.. sorry fish-heads, the party was weak!
Sorry to hear that...Maybe next POF party you attend, maybe not use it as a "Hook up" and maybe go to make "Friends" that's what most of us do. It's nice to have names and faces together. If you set yourself up for such HIGH expectations maybe that is why it was only you who was so disappointed... Just food for thought :)
Hope your next party goes much better for you then this one did.

Shende and Kim- great job on the party, you worked hard on this one and very organized. Love meeting you two, at first I kinda hesitant to come, but you two made me so welcome, and thank you for the great job you two did
Shelley cm2008- you are the nicest person I have met for the first time, guys!!! her picture dont do her justice, good looking slim and great personality and very kind hearted. You are on my top list Shelley
Shane- cozy- I would like to thank you for the guidance you gave me. You are such a cool person and a great dancer, wish I could dance like you. Thank you for picking me up and taking me back at my hotel , that is very nice of you meeting a stranger and help at the same time, you are a hunk Shane.
Chuckyy- what can I say you are shy but love listening to your singing when we were dancing, you have a great voice and even though you dont want me to hear it i stayed close to you so I could hear it, you are such a great guy . I am still trying to picture you with out the hat and the facial hair, your picture dont do you justice you are 100% look better in person, take a new picture and you will 100% will catch a fish
Wranglerazz-- what can I say about this guy- great personality and very nice to talk to,
even though he just dance with me one time only those ladies kept him busy on the dance floor. your pictures dont do you justice too.
Tommy- riding 4 fun, i enjoyed watching you doing the swing, I wanted to dance swing with you , but i dont want to get smack by the ladies you are with, you sure do a good swing on the dance floor.
ABK-- nice meeting you too, just a short moments but able to see and meet you in person and taking picture with you is my honor
Whysper?- you are the kind of lady who is friendly and nice to meet, you approach me and introduce yourself and I love that, you are indeed a great person.
This for the guy who has been taking pictures, I asked him why he doesnt want to dance, and he just kinda gave me a sweet smile, I like your smile and spirit
To all the cowboys, you all look great on your country outfit, I am not a country western dancer , I am more on the ballroom dance, but I enjoyed those who dance with me.
If I missed someone I would like to let you all know that this is the craziest thing I have done in my life, driving 3-4 hours just to meet strangers for the first time, GUESS what??? I am glad I did, you people are great friends.
Last but not the least, you all invited to visit Corpus Christi, anyone who wants a beach party corpus is the right place for it. My house is just across the beach, if you all want to have it in my house you are all welcome to the sparking city by the sea which is Corpus Christi. Beach party during the day and to the nite club at night or dance outside the deck and probably burn some hotdog and burgers and marshmallow, can even swim in the water or go fishing? this is when the summers come it will be nice
That's all I can say right now, but maybe later i could remember some that happened at the party.

You are very easy to get to know -- it was as if I'd known you for years -- we could talk about anything and everything )and we did! I really enjoyed dancing with you too -- and thank you for the compliment (I met quite a few great dancers last night, and I had a GREAT time!)
Thank you for the phone call this afternoon -- sorry we didn't have an opportunity to do lunch when you came through San Antonio. Perhaps I'll bring my daughters down to Corpus for Spring Break -- we'll hitch-up the wave-runner to the Jeep and Come On Down.
On another note, I'm thinking of taking a cruise this Spring -- between now and then, we might get some really FUN people together and do a POF Cruise Party -- any thoughts?

Second: Thanks to Shelly for being the most awesome tour guide ever! Sixth Avenue and dinner at the Broken Spoke were absolutely the best! Keep in touch, girlfriend!
Third: Susan and Kim, you gals did an excellent job with this whole party thang! If I can only do HALF as well as you guys, my party will be a success also. (Just so you know, I'm stealing some of your ideas!!!)
Fourth: Austin has some dancin' fools! Lucy, Shane, William...not only did you manage to keep up with me on the dance floor, I think you guys put me to shame!
Fifth: Dawg, thanks for being my navigator and travel companion. (uhhhhhhh, HOW many times did we get lost??? ) Thanks for taking over the wheel while I slept!(like you said, must have been the high alcohol content of all that bottled water I drank)
Sixth: I enjoyed meeting every single one of the Austin/San Antonio fish! LET'S DO IT AGAIN!!!

Darlin', my experience is that POF parties, or any parties, are like sex.....you get out of it what you put into it. If I think a party (or sex) is weak....HELL, I MAKE IT BETTER!!!!

A good party is like clothings -- the clothes don't make you -- you make the clothes. If you consider a party to have been lame/weak, then consider what you could have done to make it better.
If you ever make it down to San Antonio, look me up and I'll show you the town. Unfortunately, I'll be in Kansas City for Valentine's Day weekend (visiting with my daughters) -- I hope your party is a HUGE success! :)

We start friday afternoon or evening to go the country western night club, saturday we can go to the beach for beach party and in the evening can be at the house for dancing , I do have a deck, ladies you cant wear shoes with heels deck wood have spaces, either we can dance outside by the water have hotdogs, burgers and marshmallow or can go to the niteclub again and sunday have breakfast and sad to say start getting home. For those who cant afford hotels, motels or whatever, my house only have 3 bedrooms but living room have space and the couch if you dont mind sleeping on them. Another idea is if you have a camper or tent we can do that either at the beach or outside by the water in my house. It would be fun and you all are invited, by spring the weather would be good, it wont be so hot and humid, july and august humidity goes up to 96 % and too hot to be outside in the tent. Just a bug in the ear, but SW airlines has some internet deals for flights from San Antonio or Austin to Dallas. With gas at $3.00 a gallon, it's almost that to drive the distance. So, you San Antonio and Austin should come North and show us how to party hardy like you did last Saturday night!!
