No no no no no no NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My god people stale semen COMMON !!!!! Douching is actually BAD for your female health ! It screws your pH can cause infection, forces stuff further up rather than out ! STAY away from douching ! No woman, clean dirty or in between, should have a foul smell to her vagina or it's discharge. If there is a foul smell chances are good that the woman has a yeast infection. Guys warning, if you go down on a woman with a yeast infection, chances are you'll get what's called Thrush, it's a yeast infection in the mouth. So if it smells bad, either take a nice shower and get purdy and clean, using reg soap and water please, and try again, or suggest your girl go get checked out.
As for stale semen, this is like spreading the tale that you can't get pregnant if your nursing, or it's your first time, or if he promises it's ok ! So untrue that semen will stay in a vagina and get stale....and gross to think of too. Please become educated before speaking...it really helps others ! | |

i prefer women who keep themselves very clean, which means very little or no odor.
some women naturally have some scent, and some have no scent at all..........but usually a stronger smell means less cleanliness. | |

Posted: 7/17/2008 8:00:49 PM | OUCH! You'll get some female response on that joke. Seriously, scientist discovered that we all react to, not just pheromones but plain smell. An experiment with guys wearing a shirt for a whole week without showering was done by giving these shirts to female participants who smelled it and reported if it was good or bad. Some shirts that didn't appeal to some girls appealed to others.
Well I say it's the same with vaginas and penis some you like some you don't. It personally happened to me twice where I was completely turned off by the smell of their vagina, as usually I like to not wash up right away in order to keep that smell with me. | |

Posted: 7/17/2008 8:20:53 PM | If you eat healthily and keep clean, most men are turned on by it. I've never been with a guy who doesn't, or doesn't at least make a good job of making me think it! In fact, I was surprised to see so many men answer negatively on this post, though the majority are positive about it.
As long as they started out clean, don't you find that when a man works up a sweat with you that you enjoy that smell? I guess its much the same.
I like a good aftershave, but no matter the aftershave, there is something about the way it works with a man's own scent in the area under his ears, that can really make me want him.
There has to be something hormonal in it because I don't think it is just reactionary on my part that when that happens it predicts good sex. I love to take a sneaky sniff during a snog as soon as I can get away with it without looking more eager than I want to at the time! | |

Like most people have mentioned here, a woman's naturally smelling vagina, isn't necessarily fishy as OP puts it. Maybe there's a hint of urine there, a bit of sweat - pheromones that make those right men tick. I do like this smell apposed to that 'fishy' smell OP mentions, but that's just me.

Strippers always smell and that's cuz they been dancing so there's no way that's attractive.
