last, the first date needs more thought. you're a creative guy so you can come up with something.

profile: i like it! however, break up the body of your "about you" section with spaces. when reading a profile it should flow with natural breaks to give the eye a brief rest.

Posted: 12/6/2007 9:53:31 AM | OHSOAWESOME: it's pretty good, but i believe it could be cleaned up a bit. it looks like a cat arranged your interests up there -- tidy 'em up. add more too.
since you live next to the water, tell us why... there's a beautiful story there i bet.
last, one too many head shots pinned up. take one down and throw up a pic of you down by the docks or something you like to do. pic's give us a thousand words to work with when deciding on contacting you or not.

Posted: 12/6/2007 10:00:36 AM | MEENIE2: i feel hesitation here; however, i see a very confident person on what she likes and i bet what she doesn't like. under your interests, beef this section up. you mention the ballet below -- this should be in the interests.
also, i find if you incorporate a story within your profile, it gives more of an understanding of what type of person one truly is -- try this with your gardening. do you eat what you plant ...or are flowers your main stay?
last, throw up some pic's of you involved with your activites. you like the ballot, so show us what you look like going out to a preformance -- dressed up, right? why not one of you planting something or just in your garden. ...just some suggestions.
put forth your best effort and then see the types of individuals that find you.

Posted: 12/6/2007 10:19:37 AM | WOOGS: the first bike i almost bought was an ex500 (kaw) -- and that was a HUGE mistake is didn't. it was 1990 and i just feel in love with the bike, but ended up grabbing a cbr 600; nice bike, but just a bit too heavy for me at the time. i still look at the ex500's when i see one from now and then. i'm proud of my duc since it's my primary transporation around miami -- great for parking. i fell in love with the v-twins since the 916 rolled out back in the early '90's; fourteen years later and around 400,000 miles under my belt (rode to mexico city twice -- once from miami the other from cleveland) that's why i picked up this brute back in '04; she's my baby.
profile: love it! put up a few more pic's with you doin' something. i find the more you have on these things the more chances you'll reel someone in.

Well your profile gives off the vibe that you're a dating site celebrity.
The car picture and the bike picture is feeding women on their materialistic greed.
Maybe you don't care, but you will attract one's just after what you have to offer them.
I think listing lots of interests is a good thing for a profile, then again you have to remember you may list an interest a woman totally hates and she may pick over it.
Women who write to you and meet you will have big expectations from your profile and the onus will be on you to be upbeat for them and the life of the party and if you're not constantly that, then they probably won't be satisfied. | |

i would throw up some more pic's of you cooking or another activity you that you enjoy.

first, the car and bike pictures. actually, just the opposite. i've never attracted any materialistic gals on here as of yet -- much to my surprise. however, when out in public, i get hit up all the time. especially scooting around with a plate that reads "write it." i have gotten gals that love bikes and just want a "ride"; however, that's one quality that i'm looking for. if she doesn't ride and doesn't get into the hobbie, the relationship will go no where. i find you have to be 100% honest with the things in life that you love. now, i've shown up to meet people and all they do is stare at the car and wonder why i'm on a dating site -- i find you can meet people just about anywhere except when you're working 80 hrs. a week which i tend to do.
interests: i say list anything your little heart desires. again, i'm looking at making people chuckle and enjoy themselves on mine. it's a true reflection of my sense of humor. i am the "life of a party" -- i'm a storyteller! i create scenes. characters. plots. bad endings. etc...
last, being a celebrity? no. i'm proud of who i am and so should even one on this site. | |

You still busy on here !! Oy vay; and still sane! Hmmm, there I go assuming you are sane. Ken bad. Thought I'd drop you another line and persuade you to give my Redone Profile the 'Once Over' twice, and see what we did.
Chris, is this a good thing? I was on a thread, and it wandered a bit into 'profiles & reviews' , so I ask a lady to critique my profile & got this:
1) The one I asked said, 'it was very nice'.
2) One other lady was; 'so-so, but it was ok'.
3) Two men thought; 'it would stink even frozen solid'
Interesting; the things where you go, Hmmmmmmm.
