I am getting responses and there are wonderful women on here - I am wondering though how I can express who i really am better -so your opinion would be greatly appreciated.

Well i just updated my profile on here, it had almost been a year since i had changed anything on here from my description to my pictures. So i just got this little camera and snapped a few. What do you think? Do i look like a meat head trying to show off, or are they acceptable? The thing is over the last year i somehow managed to lose like 50 lbs. and thought i would lift some weights to try and get back in shape. I really dont want to portray myself as a muscle bound idiot, lol. I did put a semi-dressed up picture of myself in there, do you think i need more of those? You can be as brutally honest as you want!

I like how you combined "Those seeking a booty call need not apply" with a picture of yourself titled "sexkitten" and another one called "come get some". That latter one was a really nice move, too - if you lifted your shirt any higher, your profile would be in risk of being deleted.
Your text is not half bad, but with those pictures, I bet less than 5% of your contacts read any of it.

I think this girl takes the cake for the longest list of interests to date, but I believe it's the first profile I've seen with a longer interest section than About Me section, and the latter isn't short!
