Advocates of central bank independence argue that a central bank which is too susceptible to political direction or pressure may encourage economic cycles ("boom and bust")

You still don't get it yet...

The Federal reserve bank is a PRIVATELY OWNED ... FOR PROFIT corporation.

They are the ones to whom we all owe the "national debt" to. They have the money to finance political campaigns for BOTH sides... They don't care who wins...

It's not the gov't they listen to, but only their own greed for power and money. It's the tail that is wagging the dog.

The other thing most people don't understand is that quite a few of the major shareholders of the Fed are foreign based central banks ... and have no interest in the ordinary peoples welfare of the US.
