Posted: 12/5/2008 2:04:23 PM | My 3 year old squishing up to me to inform me solemnly that she has NOT put water in her shoe. Because apparently this is a burning questions most mothers would have at 4pm on a Friday.
THEN I noticed the squishing sound. . .

Not only did it make me smile, it made me laugh out loud.
Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be funny so I will keep it to myself.
I am also smiling because it is Sat. morning and it is suppose to be a gorgeous day. I am going to a Christmas festival downtown....think I am actually getting into the Christmas spirit.

I was smiling because I had a pedicure..(Essie Wicked, for those that are polish fans)
had my hair done and had my eyebrows waxed.
It felt good to pamper myself simply for ME...NOT for anyone else..JUST ME.
Nothing wrong with feeling good about yourself and doing it JUST FOR YOURSELF as well.
If you don't love yourself, no one else will..that's for sure.
