| What's Your Favorite Way To Relax? Posted: 5/29/2005 9:48:58 PM | Going to the gym and working out all my stress. I am breathing well and where I go they have little tv screens on the cardio machines where you can plug in headphones and watch whatever you want. I usually have videos because music is my all time favorite. After a real good workout, I hit the sauna and the heat just loosens up my muscles, the heat is very very relaxing.
that or early in the morning, kids are asleep and its quiet and I can drink my first cup of real good coffee and plan out my day.
the first is my all time favorite tho.

And when I am up to it photography. Go out with my camera bag (And if I really feel up to it my tripod) And go shoot scenry I am by a river/walkway.

| What's Your Favorite Way To Relax? Posted: 6/25/2005 9:31:11 PM | In the summertime, I like to take a nice hot bath...then moisturize and lay in the bed nekkid under the air conditioning until I fall asleep!!

| What's Your Favorite Way To Relax? Posted: 8/18/2005 2:00:04 PM | In the Summer, beating the heat with a glass of lemonade, preferrably in a hammock with a good book. In the Winter snuggled under with a sweet man or a cup of hot cocoa. In the Fall, hiking in the Fog with the beautiful leaves. In the Spring....hmmm....in the Spring....you won't find me relaxing much...I'll be looking in the forest for wildflowers and nature's awakening. | |

In the Winter time, it's curling up to the fire, reading a good book, and soft music.

| What's Your Favorite Way To Relax? Posted: 3/3/2008 3:27:50 PM | A nice warm bubble bath, with a glass of wine, some candles and a book, maybe some soft music.
This is the perfect way for me to relax after a long hard day taking care of the sick. It would of course be far more enjoyable if there was someone else sharing the tub with me if you know what I mean...........

| What's Your Favorite Way To Relax? Posted: 3/3/2008 5:56:31 PM | | Hmmm.....sometimes a warm bubble bath while drinking a glass of wine, other times getting involved reading a great mystery, or sitting outside watching my dog play and enjoying just being in the moment. | |

| What's Your Favorite Way To Relax? Posted: 3/3/2008 6:02:26 PM | Sitting on a rock watching the waves of Lake Michigan roll in.....ahhhh I can't wait for spring!
I also find cemeteries very relaxing. When you leave, your problems seem like nothing. The people you just spent an afternoon with used to have problems too.
