you know that ache that you have in your leg after you get a cramp, imagine that with your tongue...OWWW!!!!

I mean, bananas are the only thing with enough potassium in one shot to reduce cramps. There's nothing that gets rid of it instantly, but eating bananas will reduce the chance of getting them drastically. Maybe keep more in teh house. Heck, if you have enough you can always use one in the bedroom for fun and eat the rest beforehand! LOL A cramp in bed is about as fun as a cramp anywhere really. Now, having to pinch back a fart while you are getting head is THE worst pain in the world! Especially when you are with someone that doesn't let off when you grab them by the ears and try and stop them before you blast them in the mouth with a spray fart. GET THE FCUK UP!!! Another tip on the cramp topic is to pee before sex. You will be able to relax your pelvic and abdominal muscles more, which are tied into your leg muscles. Plus you won't have to get off of your special someone to go tinkle in the middle of a session. Nothing says mood kill like "keep yourself warmed up, I'm going to take a piss". I know a few that would be asleep by the time you got back! | |
