Posted: 7/22/2008 5:37:34 PM | Lix, Losing my virginity took much longer than I wanted, but long enough to know that I didn't welcome being used after I learned that I was supposed to make a former b/f jealous enough to come back to her. I've walked away from similar scenarios, including a few I'd a fantasy for the f__king. Not after they came on to me as they did. On each and every occasion, it just didn't feel right.
Sex before marriage is one of the most important ingredients for a successful marriage, but it should not be the broth of the soup. It's one of those things for getting to know someone better, and if a partner's too good to start ...whether on the first date or the fourth, it is something to consider for how important sex might be for them. You need to learn to trust someone as friend ...or at least willing to be one.
That's why, if a girl told me that she just wanted to be friends w/ me, I'd say, "OK" and allow her prove herself as such. All came up too lame for what's most important for a marriage or other LTR to survive. A good wo(man) would be a friend, and the best of these for the worst of times. I am quite happy ...if not completely content for my ISO, via Pof, being answered by a woman who asks questions of me for answers to my questions of her. The answers from there are not always verbal, and that's OK too. The sex gets even better. | |

It meant a lot to me. I didn't care how good I'd be later, or whatever. It just didn't matter. One night I had a couple drink and crashed at my "current bfs" place. He was bigger than me, and decided it was time. I didn't have a say in it. It's been a long time, and goddamit, I'm still bitter. I want to be that girl that doesn't give it up just everybody else. But now sex doesn't mean anything special to me. | |
