| What is the difference between Having Sex and Making Love Posted: 12/7/2007 6:52:41 PM | I’ve always thought of it as three… fvcking, having sex and making love.
Fvcking is the lust filled, raw, passionate hunger that burns hot and hard. Having sex is fun, playful, a grand, joyous romp.
Making love is being completely present to your partner each filled with how much you love this person; with every breath, touch, taste being a joining and expression of your love flowing into receiving their love. It opens us up, filling and flooding us with our love. Leaves me awed, inspired and so humbled… wish I had the words.
I believe all three have a much loved and valued place within a relationship; wouldn’t want to give any of them up.

Give me making love everytime.

Having sex ....yeah well that's good too...specially if it's with ^^^ the same guy you're lucky enough to make love with also.

Sex is a ton of fun with someone you don't know and have no desire to know in the future. It's raw and exciting.
Making love is what you have to do with your man to keep him happy.
Geeeze..
I am joking of course. | |

Making love is a totallyemotional and spirtal experince that should take both party's to a total new level. one were it is not your needs or wants that matter but your partners. one that does not end at climax but cares over to time afterwards. were lifedoes not exist outside of the two of you.

I believe they are both essential to a healthy sex life. I remember once in my past, I actually suggested to a man that we have sex, and no, it wasn't someone I was in love with. He stated to me, "I want to make love" so I then took the cue and rephrased my question, "Ok, wanna make love really hard?" lol

Now, I have experienced sex and making love.
My goal is at some point in the hopefully distant future and not on POF, find someone where I can interchange sex and making love. (I do prefer to have the same man for this... )
It's a mood thing for me. I am much more physical and making love sounds way too complicated sometimes.
Intimacy... intimacy... blah blah blah... To me intimacy is when you can fart and it does not matter if he hears you...
Even then, I would hope he would oblige by farting also... That, to me, is intimacy!!!
