Curvy all the way!!!! I've never been one to like the "Barbie" type. I caught flack in the past from women, cuz my profile says "if your 30 or 40 pounds over weight,I wouldn't be interested in them". They think I'm just attracted to a Paris Hilton type of gal. I view someone like that as under weight, well under weight. I think in hieght to weight ratio's when I think of size 5'5" 140 5'9" 165 to me thats weight = to proportion.
I myself I'm 6'1" 210, which is likely average to my hieght, weight & age. So on that note, I don't want to date somone who's 5'2" 140, thats not curvy anymore, that's starting to get round.....

Slim is good, very good. Curvy seems to have replaced over-weight in our PC world.
I don't believe 200lbs. is curvy, I think its over-weight. Years before they used to call that obese but now you can't use that term.

Curvy.

This does not mean you have a body like a beach ball, and three chins.

But yeah, curvy.

I prefer girls that do not wear white swimming suits. She can be slim, she can be curvy, she just needs to have panache. In the end what is most attractive it is not slim or curvy, but the hip to waist ratio.

There are attractive women from both body types. Unfortunately some women will call themselves curvy when they are actually fat or obese.

Curvey hands down, but then I'm an ass man, love a heart shaped rear end on a gal, A woman with no rear end is like a fence post without fence, it might look good, but it isn't good for much, LOL, just MHO, doesn't mean she isn't a nice person, she just wouldn't get my blood pumping, lol.

Ok..... Curvy Vs Slim.

I am glad to hear that men can appreciate all body types, but the majority goes to curvy. its great to see the change in society, for the better. ANOREXIA is not gorgeous, and when you think about it, its a mental illness.

I have noticed, a few references to Marilyn Monroe, Marilyn at her biggest, which was around the same time she was at her most famous, was a size 16. when she died she was a size 14.

I have personally lived the battle of the bulge and at my biggest was a size 24, i'm now a size12-14, but saying that, i still aint pretty to look at in the body dept. The size of someones clothes doesn't depict their body shape.

Good on ya's all, there is hope for the human race yet.

I don't think there are enough options to choose on here.
OP, I would call you slim and curvy..I'm about the same proportions as you but a shorter version..I see you have put average same as I have.
I'm not thin, not muscle bound so not athletic either.

I would be scared I think if you had a weight option on here - as people would ust think I'm skinny and I'm just not! I'm 5ft and half an inch and weigh about 105lbs usually..but I'm small framed and tiny!

It's good to see that guys like curves though..size zero is just unwomanly IMO.

To the poster that said thin women age badly..you are very mistaken..and a woman can be slim & curvy like the op..and still be healthy..difficult putting ones body type as everyone can look at one person & still get 2 totally different descriptions.

Being a bi-woman, and a bbw at that, I LOVE curves...and I LOVE to feel soft skin. I love women that are "fat" like me :) I've never been attracted to skinny girls, and I find that pudgy girls are a lot more secure about themselves and are much less judgmental about everyone else. Same with men who aren't obsessed with going to the gym...they have a more openminded approach and care more about what the person as a whole and not just the body they're wrapped in. Of course this is a general observation, and there are exceptions...however, I'm fine with not being thin, because there are plenty of awesome, sexy, nice guys who like a FAT girl like me To each their own :)

curvy, curvy, curvy...and yes, Marilyn Monroe-esque wins every time. I already have a flat screen tv with sharp straight angles, so why oh why would I want to share a couch with that? So much more fun to run hands over the curves. If you drive, ask yourself what is more fun....a long, flat stretch of highway...or curves and swerves, turns and and hills and dales???

You can be curvy yet slim or thin together.

Is this not just semantics dealing with thin versus fat? There is a big difference in my mind when it comes to words like slim versus curvy, and trying to compare that to thin versus fat.........

Being a stick person compared to being vivacious is a large area of individual opinion and self image. A woman that is 5 feet tall might consider a man of 5'5" as tall, yet the average woman of 5'7" would consider him short and want someone much taller, especially when wearing heels, how often have we heard that gentlemen?

I have seen both women and men look proportionally good no matter their size, if they are healthy, work out, stay in shape and not let the battle of the bulge win out. A dress size of 12 for a man that wears pants with a 40 inch waist can be proportional to the both of them, and considered curvy and average to each, but for a man with a 34 inch waist and close to 6' tall, that size 12 can be a few pounds over weight to just fat, and his preference for curvy could be considered slim or super thin to all those with the opposite physique.

Just my opinion........

slim girls have a flat tummy for instance curvy girls dont.curvy girls on the whole are more busty, slim girls wear short skirts and look good, bigger girls legs look like a snooker table in them, depends on what you like.

I think it all deppends, some guys like curvy girls and others like slim girls.I don't like seing women too thin as to me they look ill and unatural.
I'm a bigger girl myself and am happy with my body and have never had a problem with getting dates, but i think thats more down to my personality.
When i was in my teens i was very thin i had no bust or hips,or bum and i hated my figure when i filled out and got a bust i thought it was great and i would never want to go back to being thin,i think women should embrace thier curves and love the bodies they are in.

Ok Smitty, where does one fall if its only 15-20lbs? That's not BBW and its more than a 'few'......That's where I'm at in life....but I list 'a few extra pounds'. Does that make me deceitful? Most men I meet are happy with the description and I've never had any complaints. Of course, many have mentioned the fact that previous girls that they had met had used 'a few extra' and had been more like 50-100 lbs extra. Guess I'm just trying to get the guy's takes on this.....Those 'few extra' pounds really do make me curvier though.........
