And really in the end how would they really be different from a casual relationship? Weren't they basically casual if these women treated you so badly to begin with? I may be wrong, but it seems very likely.
I don't think FWB happens as much as we would like to think it does. F-ckbuddies with acquaintances are far more common. I've been offered the latter but still holding out for a long term relationship. I'm just not in the habit of building on shakey foundations in any aspects of my life.
