I used to be a DJ on a radio station in Hillsboro, OH. I hosted a Christian Rock program on WSRW (a country station). I know, I know! People that know me are shocked that I was THAT religious at one time that I could be involved in a Christian Rock program. It was also very unusual for the program to be on a country music station. Anyway, it is all true. The name of the program was, "Sunday Nite Alive!" Since I was the DJ, I often used the Internet handle of "NiteDJ."
Later, I started researching military history and discovered the significance of the "Night Watch." People on the "Night Watch" would stay awake at night while others sleep; protecting the others and waking them if the enemy should attack in the middle of the night. I thought this to be very profound.
I am also a computer "Geek." I saw an episode of X-Files one time that involved these alien computers "geeks" that were called "The Nightwatchmen."
So, putting that all together and I took on the Internet handle of, "The NiteWatchman" or "NiteWatchman."
NiteWatchman = Part computer "geek," and part late night guardian of the sleeping masses. | |

Only about 500 times, it's one of my favorites, Casey! I also love the sequal, 'Funny Lady'. I just realized I haven't watched those in about 10 years, time to find out if the library or the local video store have them on DVD!

Contrary to what most people believe (and I had honestly never even heard of "toking" before), tokr has nothing to do with drugs. I have 2 children, Todd and Kraig. I just took the first 2 letters of both of their names, hence tokr.

transparent butterflies are real, rare and unique. You can actually see through their wings. Everyone who knows me knows I am rare and unique. Those who know me well can see right through me. It kind of just stuck. | |
