poor dogs... what a comparison, talk about animal cruelty!
Dogs are faithful companions, they are there for you ALL the time. You throw them a bone and they couldnt be happier. You wont find no strange panties hiding at your dog's house and the dog will feel and look guilty when he does something wrong!
ha ha, humor apart, lets remember, people say things when they are hurt, they generalize because thats the way they deal with pain... we know women are not "bi**es" and men are not dogs :) | |

I was recently in line at a store when another waiting customer asked me a question at the same time another lady behind me was trying to point out that I was next up for the cashier. I jokingly commented that I was distracted to which she responded, "it's to be expected, you're a man so you are easily distracted". Two things amazed be about that: 1) The fact that it seems to be acceptable in society today for those types of ignorant statements to be made toward one group, but not another and 2) that she was really that ignorant to begin with.
An "all men" statement was made to me recently by someone I met from POF. During our meeting, she said to me that her daughter was struggling to find a man and had said to her "All men are stupid and don't think". She actually asked me what that told me and insinuated it was somehow a fact. I looked at her and said, it tells me your daughter isn't bright enough to attract intelligent men and the statement itself reflects more on her and not her delusion that "all men" are stupid.
So with that, I tend to just shake my head at some of these delusional people and let them live in their own little fantasies.

I got a dog 4 months ago... and men are nothing like my puppy... He is sweet.. innocent... makes it his priority to show affection... appreciation and tenderness.. He cannot lie.. because his eyes give him away.. and if not his eyes... his tail wags...
I do not have ANY men in my life... I learned long ago that I do NOT in the least trust them.. or remotely like them.... WHAT HAS CHANGED at 44 is that I am ok with this... I am ok with being alone... it does not make me less of a person.. and since not many people even have a clue what LOVE is... I don't think I am missing out on much with the exception of HEARTACHE....
I think DISHONESTY.... SHALLOWNESS... LACK OF INTEGRITY.... LACK OF COMMITTMENT... LACK OF MORALS.... and CHEATING.... is a multi GENDERED problem.... I don't stand and count point for point as to which gender is worse... but I DO HAVE.. and CHOOSE to exercise the right to have a life with NO MEN in it....
I do not need to SHOUT that MEN are this and that.... My life is peaceful and without turmoil for the most part.... | |

I do not find my life deficient in any areas.... I never learned how to connect with or befriend men.... I have learned to be self-sufficient.... and so I don't know what I am missing.. and like I said in my earlier post... I really think both genders are guilty equally to many mis functions .. mostly in honest and open communication....
Atleast I am honest.... I hate men but I don't go out and disturb them.. I hate bees too.. and so I just avoid them.. LOL | |
