Oh my gosh, YES !
There is something questionable about the High Maintenence dollymop who can't live without the admiration of total strangers and not stray more than 10 feet from a mirror.
I am intelligent, warm, mature, and comfortable in my own skin. I attract men who think the same, and appreciate and respect these qualities in another. For the men who don't - hope they have a nice life -- elsewhere.
Oh ! As a second wave, I attract men who have dated a self-centered , all flash, bimboesque girl, have realized what a loosing game that is, and are practically doing triple back flips to meet real , down to earth woman.
I clean up well, but I don't play that card until down the road a bit.
In a nutshell, Electric, don't worry yourself about others, focus on yourself, your wants and needs, and your strong points. | |

And there is something sexy about a geeky, nerdy, girl with glasses. And I find it an absolute turn-on if they love RPGs like D&D and Palladium. Like to point out the hot aliens in sci-fi flicks. Or can get into various character roles in one-on-one computer cyber-rping and/or cybersex. The problem is, not too many of them out there. | |

I really like a woman who has an intellect and is involved with books, whether it be librarian or bookstore clerk. I like glasses on a gal. But that's me.

To answer the original question, some guys are intimidated by the Librarian thing. Some guys think I'm going to correct their spelling or quiz them on library classification systems (e.g Dewey, Library of Congress). But most seem to like it. So I wouldn't worry about it. | |

As a male (who is very hetro) I have to say yes, defiantly. Too be honest I prefer that kind of woman, I like intelligent woman, who are well read, and realise there is more to life then being some Barbie doll copy. I find that often they are more intelligent, better personalities, and are capable of having a better conversation with them then some other woman. | |
