I also wrote to the good people at Cream Ridge on our behalf thanking them for their hard work and attention to detail.

| ***NJ get together- Saturday, Feb 9 2008, 12-2 PM Cream Ridge Winery*** Posted: 5/16/2008 6:25:57 PM | I know this is an old thread- but whatever. It's a whatever kind of night. I used to live in Sonoma County. There are really big touristy wineries over in Napa. It's nice to find the little ones. There are so many. The Korbel champagne is nice and on the way to the Russian River. I used to cater at some of them for events like weddings or holiday parties. Look for smaller family owned wineries. Sometimes in the summer I would play with a Shakespeare theater group and would travel the wineries and play for the wine tasters and picnickers. For some reason the only time I would drink beer was with the actors at the wineries after the show. Tourists can go winery to winery on bus rides. Then you can get as drunk as you want. After awhile you can't really "taste" the subtle differences 'cause your too drunk. The BEST thing is White Sulfur Springs over in St Helena. I'm definitely more of hot springs girl. There's a bunch of them out there- so ...I think natural hot springs is thing I miss most about being in Philly and not CA. Are there any Hot Springs around here????
