Sorry to hear about your break up. For me I wait til the day that I go through a whole day and realize I have not thought about my ex at all. I know a lot of people say that you should "get right back on the horse after you fall off", which is all well and good if both you and the new lady knows your history and what you are both there for., but in my personal experience I've found myself unable to use someone as a stepping stone to get over a relationship, however much they might have been willing to be that rebound guy.
