Yep, it was Theodore Roosevelt who made that statement when describing the policy he was planning to use during his presidency. The "teddy" bear was named after him as well. | |

to enjoy, the chocolate
slowly, melt'n upon my tongue
where others may, chew it up
I even know of some who despise it!!
Personally speak'n, I think their miss'n out on something!!
