When someone never has sex early on when meeting someone, it is a result of insecurity: Because there are two cases: 1)The gal wants to have sex but worried what people will think....so that's insecurity. 2)The gal wants only a relationship, and believes she's more likely to have a relationship if she doesn't sleep with the guy earlier on. That may be true in most cases. But that still implies inscurity, because having such a strong need for a relationship itself, and never treating your phsyical needs, implies emotional insecurity because it means the person needs someone to comfort them so much and that they can't handle the emotional aspect that comes with sex.
Whatever you do for a regular job (I notice that whatever it is you decided its best that your potential "conquests" don't know about it first via your profile) I sure hope you keep it, because as an amateur armchair psychologist, you're laughably ignorant.  | |

Your perception of women seems slightly distorted,especially if you are willing to lump all of us into one category........
To let you know,I am a woman from Ontario that has a healthy sex drive,and I have no problems approaching men.
Has it occured to you that there is a reason why women might not want to approach you???

Americans can write off their interest BUT the growth of the house is taxed. We have our capital gain excepmtion which is worth far more than writting off the interest.

A home can be used as an equity line, but that's separate from the original mortgage itself, no?
Anyway, an investment gain is taxed too, as a capital gain.
And property taxes are not nearly as high as mortgage interest

With the risks of std's, infections, etc, why would anyone want to look for many one night stands with random people anyways.
