Posted: 3/24/2008 7:54:27 PM | A conversation can be legally recorded if ONE of the participants in the conversation knows it's being recorded. So, you could legally (and secretly) record all your conversations with whomever you want.
You could NOT legally place a bug or a wiretap and record a conversation between people besides yourself. You must be part of the conversation. | |

nope can't record a conversation even if your part of it and use it in court without telling whoever you are recording that you are recording the conversation first. well, you can record it, just can't use it in court. it's funny how you can video tape someone without there permission but can't record conversation. | |

Is that they are safe being feed and have someone that they can talk to (even if its another teen)!!
As long as you tell her you love her and that your there for her - she will return.
From years of experience dealing with kids on the street/drugs /abuse
The one thing she needs more than anything else is her mum saying she loves her and that when shes ready to come home you will go and get her.
With teens once they want to come back home its easier to create guidelines and rules for their return but when they are force to come home they usually take of again.
