Goats Milk, any different to cows milk?
Posted: 4/2/2008 11:24:46 AM
Goats milk can be simply a creamier version of cows milk. The flavour depends on the goats diet. If they graze on the grasses (they like cow parsely and, stinging nettles especially) of Essex (South East England) the milk will be very mild in flavour - like cows milk. It's good stuff.
