Please give me directions for the TTC. I am comming from the Eglington West subway.
Which is basically Eglington and Oakwood or Dufferin area.

Posted: 1/14/2008 4:47:47 PM | In case the TTC website has you in a tizzy - take the subway from Eglinton West station south to St George station. Switch to the Bloor-Danforth line. Go East until Main Street station, take the 113. It will take you to the corner of Danforth Road and Birchmount, right across the road from the parking lot of the Birchmount. Real easy!

Posted: 1/15/2008 12:22:35 PM | FYI ... the 113 Danforth bus from Main is a long wait between if you miss one. It's 24 minutes (or longer depending on weather, traffic and stuff...)
Aye carumba... someone else said Kennedy or Warden... different directions methinks.
Well better stick to the bus/subway schedule and do the Main street/Danforth 113 thang... that's a sure thing....
Meanwhile, I'm finding it more and more difficult to get around these days (the cold and damp is affecting my mobility), I'm even turning down work for the sake of sleeping in a bit longer... I'm still looking for a ride...

Posted: 1/15/2008 8:03:57 PM | Here's an alternate ttc route leaving from Warden Station where the bus comes more often: The 69B bus takes about 5 minutes from Warden Station. The bus leaves Warden Station at 6:20 pm, 6:40 pm, 7:00 pm, 7:15 pm, 7:30pm and every 15 minutes after that.

And that bus from Warden Station? There really is no 69B posted on the bus platform, it is the 69 via Birchmount that you are looking for.
If you get on the 'other' 69 bus? It takes a longer route and will add another 20 minutes to the ride before it comes back around so you can get off at Danforth Rd. I found that out the hard way!
However you get there, people, be ready to party! | |
