My neighbors to the left are cool...they help me out with car trouble..and i have a beer with them soemtimes. Triker thinks the guy is great...he reminds him or himself in 10 yrs. YIKERS...

then...my parents built a new shop and were renovating our house..she phoned city hall to see if we were allowed to do that....
then....we trim trees....she bitches...look at my lawn!!
then!! my cat kills a bird i n her yard and she threatens to catch my cat..or leave poison out for it.. ( AFTER THAT I HAD TO HAVE MY CAT ON A LEASH DURING THE DAY AN TIE HER UP TO A LEAD ROPE GRRR BITCH) i had no chioce...my cat was a wanderer..
then!! i was driving home behind her..( unrelaized at the time) she was driving like 30 mph..so..i pass her fuk this..we get home..she gets out and yells at me and calls me a crazy driver..
ok..THEN!! i get married and on my weddign day all the cars..ppl ect..she had the gall to come out and tell us to move out of the culdsac...i told her ot shove it pu her ass..ott id never see that bitch again...lol..
ARRGGGHH shes still alive and living there...the pset on the block...looking out the winodw at who she yell to city hall about next...grrrrrrr :devil: | |

Now and then when we do a job, the elder guys come around, giving us a whole rundown how the neighbourhood used to look, who moved in first, their own renovation stories, etc.
If he likes us and gets a good impression, one can count on his wife to come around later with a plate of cookies.
Some home-owners buy beer for the crews while they work. Haven't been able to figure that one out, since they want a good job done, and the 2 kinda don't mix. | |

Apparently the neighbour knocked, but I never heard them. On the advice of the police, I went down 1 block, and I could still hear the music. Didn't think anyone would be able to hear it. I have a mix of good and bad.. for the most part I do like most of my neighbors. Its a very friendly street. I think the problem with the "deer-pork chop" neighbor, is he is "toooooo friendly".. just doesn't know when to stay on his side of the frikken street.

My landlord broke into my suite 2 weeks ago for no reason, so I called the cops. The cops showed up read him the riot act and left. Immediatly afterwords the landlady calls me and leaves a message on my V/M, saying how sorry I was going to be. Next thing I know the phone rings another four times I don't recognize the number, so I let it go to V/M. It's the landlords son telling me how he's a real estate agent, and I should stop playing games, and I should call him so we could talk about my possible eviction for causing his dad grief by calling the cops. I ignored him, and two weeks passed by and nothing, until yesterday...a knock on the door a complete stanger, an eviction notice based on bullshit, and 2 real estae agents cards. The son is acting in his capacity as an agent of XYZ realestate to harrass, and evict me, now could anyone be so stupid? When I am done with these clowns their gonna have to give me the damn house. | |

They must also have a valid reason to evict you..the tenacy board will have all this info for you..we talked about this already..

Posted: 9/20/2004 1:58:42 PM | In British Columbia, one can get an order from the Residential Tenancy Branch to prevent the Landlord from entering the suite. Although a fee is required up front, in the end it costs nothing. If one suspects the landlord or his agent(s) will still be coming around looking/fabricating reasons to evict you, then add a claim of "No Harrassment" to the order.
It can become quite the cat & mouse game if both sides know the law reasonably well. | |
