| Do you think there should be laws against people who trick you into sexual encounters! Posted: 2/19/2008 8:56:47 AM | I think men should have a passport that is stamped with previous relationships, we could then take up references from previous girlfriends...something similar to feedback on eBay . In that way they would behave better if they knew the past could catch up on them at some point!! Passports could be withheld for very insidious and devious behaviour.
Ok, maybe a couple of civil liberty issues but that never seems to stop our governments usually.

I think men should have a passport that is stamped with previous relationships, we could then take up references from previous girlfriends... What's wrong with people being expected to use good judgement when getting to know someone???
Why do some people expect everyone to come with some kind of stamp which announces what their character is?
Getting to know people, and making our own assesment of their character, is part of life.

Posted: 2/19/2008 9:09:05 AM | If this is really the case, it's a premiscuous bunch of female friends you have! How is someone "tricked" into sexual encounters? Hmmmmmm. Responsible for your own actions ring a bell? Self control? Getting to know someone before bedding with them? If a person were to wait awhile before having sex, they would learn real quick if that was all the other party was there for...they wouldn't in turn wait very long. With age, truely comes knowledge and wisdom! People just need to keep their pants on for awhile after meeting someone. Period.

Sex achieved by any other means is called seduction! Some of history's great seducers were Cassanova, Cleopatra, Errol Flynn, and many more whom I'm sure you aren't familiar with.
When you drop your drawers, don't place the blame on your seducer. He wanted to offer you and himself pleasure, and he took the necessary measures to make it happen. If you don't want pleasure, then you can remain an angry dried up old prune putting up an insurmountable wall to anyone's advances!
Also, remember this - it's impossible to seduce a happy contented person. If they submit to your game, it's because they quite willingly want to and won't have any regrets about the experience when it's over.
In most cases of seduction, the seducer recognizes his targets's emotional flaws and direct his efforts and energies in that direction. When the target is filled with thoughts of love of the seducer, she becomes emotional and loses the ability to think straight. Eventually, she will surrender to the will of the seducer and her desire to possess him. BTW, women often play the role of the seducer.

There is nothing scarier than legislating our personal lives. All we need is more common sense and a willingness to take responsibility for our actions.
Having said that, I do believe that you can be lied to in such a way that you can make decisions based on those lies and so can feel used and abused after the fact. I think all those posters who said "you get what you deserve" are being a little harsh. I don't think anyone "deserves" to be hurt just because they are stupid or naive. I think we have all found ourselves in situations where you knew something just didn't feel right but you ignored it for whatever reason and found yourself left holding the bag. That's called Life..... Unfortunately, we can't protect ourselves from every single slight and hurt. All we can do is learn from it and take responsibility for our part in allowing someone else to take advantage of us. Its called building character. Its called growing up. We all got to do it sometime.
And I don't think players and liars are gender specific. There are bad men and women out there who are only out for themselves and you can usually spot them pretty early on. Many just ignore the signs until its too late.

"Its not magicians, its how they talk to you, making you feel there will be something more, promises,or even get you drunk. Why do you think guys try to get a girl drunk,( (I HAD guys friends that were like that, made me sick) most of my friends (girls) have been there, even one of my friends cryed for what a guy did to her.We know theres a lot of things that we wouldnt do if we were sober. Most people dont know what the hell their doing or remembered what happened the night before."
it is your choice whether you allow yourself to be "gotten drunk" and taken advantage of. If you cant control yourself, then dont date and dont drink. Good Lord, how about some adult accountability here?. Guys have been trying to get in my pants since I was 12 years old. Didnt your momma teach you that? To cull out the bad ones? Dont be getting drunk around anyone you dont know, and certainly dont drop your panties for a guys promise. This argument is ridiculous, so, you got hurt. Who hasnt been?

I'm one of those guys, i won't lie. I use this site, i also use payed dating sites, i use telephone chatlines to meet women ususally only for sex or phone sex. In my younger years i used to love the challenge of picking up women in nightclubs. But now i find it eaiser to pick them up over the net. I still try at the nightclub or bus stop, or book store, but its so much easier to use the net. Even better than the telephone chat lines. Those are ususally good for phone sex. I have a Oriental fetish. I love Oriental women. Don't ask me why. Don't get me wrong i'm not picky. But i love Oriental women. I have used this site for many years now, and i have had sex with so many women from here. Its just so easy. Right now I'm talking to a Chinese, Japanese, and Phillipina, from this site. I also have at the moment 2 Japanese GF's, and a Phillipina that i have sex with on the side. Its hard to make up so many lies, i ususally tell them that i have to work late, or i have to go out of town on a business trip. I have my own business, so its easy to tell those lies. It does get expensive, but the sex is real good. I met a chinese lady here 2 weeks ago. 2nd date i was already in her bed with her, having amazing sex. The Chinese are real good in bed. But nothing beats the Japanese. I love Japanese women, they really now how to moan. On this site i have met so many Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Phillipinas, some thai, and Vietnamese to. Also white women. I usually go for them once in a while because they tend to have bigger breasts than Orientals. I always wear protection, so i never put anyone in danger. Am i a monster? maybe. I just have a real high sex drive. I need it at least once a day if not more. I might have asexual addiction.

Posted: 2/20/2008 11:16:08 AM | ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!this is the most foolish thing i've ever heard of. Laws against sex. why don't you use some of that energy and make laws towards the less fortunate, the homeless, or how about take a side on the economy, oil, something that matters. Men have been talking women out of your panties, since the Ice Age, if you said you didn't agree with the cavemen clubbing the cavewoman back in the days, you'd probably have a better arguement than this. Unfortunately, relationships are looked upon as a game, either you play and win, or you lose. Sounds to me like you might wanna practice if your talkin about makin laws............and _ _ _ t. If you wanna make laws, do we also make laws about the female, who is two timing or hasn't made her mind up, because she's talking to 3-5 guys at the same time. Should their be a law against her as well, or maybe the sex wasn't good, so the man didn't call back, woman do the same. Should there be a law for that as well. i need a drink now, thanks

But should it be criminal, c'mon now. You're not actually seriously suggesting that it become a crime punishable by prosecution and possible jail time do you? Are you aware of the current state of our nation's prison system? Not to mention the countless backlog of cases waiting (on all levels of court) in every state of the union? If we were to actually criminalize the type of behavior you're talking about it would place our entire justice system in a grid-lock the likes of which have never been seen before. It would be unimaginable. Cases wouldn't come to trial for decades. It would take years for a simply arraignment to come around. As it stands right now the jails and prisons are filled to the brim. If we started arresting every person who lied just so they could get laid, there would literally be nowhere to put them all. We'd have to build new prisons just for them because there would be so many.
I agree, it sucks to get hoodwinked and bamboozled but hey, look on the bright side, at least you got some action out of the deal too right? Pick ur self up, dust ur self off and get back up on that horse girl. Life goes on, you live and you learn. And unless your George W. Bush, you don't make the same mistake again.

No bad time either, not reallly. Just sounds to me like maybe you haven't been doin' it right yet. A little hint, practice makes perfect.

What about women?
Yes, it must always be the men that are doing sneaky, underhanded things to get sex... I forgot we're such pigs for a second.
My bad....

| Do you think there should be laws against people who trick you into sexual encounters! Posted: 2/20/2008 2:10:14 PM | Sorry for not reading all 26 pages, but I thought this thread title was pure comedy! Pray tell, how does one get "tricked" into having sex? IT TAKES TWO TO TANGO. Only scenario I see is if someone is slipped a rufie. That definitely is a criminal act, there are laws for that. Otherwise, there are already too many laws and too many lawyers; only the gullible are "tricked" into doing something that they wouldn't volunatarily do. | |

Passports could be withheld for very insidious and devious behavior. And who, pray tell would be the one to deem them to be insidious and devious (men or women)? Wouldn't work, Just because a last "pass-port" stamp deemed him devious/insidious, I wouldn't trust what a past gf had to say about a guy that actually is treating ME with respect.

I want to know who I am with and I would not leave with anyone without giving their name and licence number to my family. If they have nothing to hide they wouldn't care. I wouldn't. The cheaters would have a harder time of cheating on theirwivies / husbands and would save a lot of time and heartache.

Posted: 2/22/2008 10:44:10 PM | First of all OP I would suggest you find some new friends, because apparently the friends you have are idiots. Benjamin Franklin is known to have said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results, so clearly these female net friends of yours are obviously insane.
That said, how exactly does one "trick sex" out of someone else? I would be most curious to hear you elaborate on this concept. Last I checked short of rape (an act of violence that can be committed by both sexes), I am unaware of any kind of sex that doesn't take place between two consenting adults. The basic premise behind your supposition and proposal is flawed for that very reason.
It is bad enough that nearly every single aspect of our life is legislated into oblivion in one manner or another, so how about we leave the legal chicanery out of the bedroom and classify that as a legislation free zone shall we? I mean what do you propose we do next, institute an aptitude test to see if certain individuals are emotionally and intellectually coherent enough to engage in sexual activity so as to avoid all the whining when they choose poorly once again? Come to think of it, in hindsight that idea might actually have some merit.
Have fun ;)! | |

I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised however since there are so many people out there who refuse to take responsibility for their own behavior.
There is no such thing as someone "getting you drunk". A person chooses to drink or not drink. No one can talk you into doing something you don't want to do. If the sex was agreed on by both parties at the time (meaning no illegal drugs or force was used), then there is no "tricking" someone into it. You may regret it the next day, but that is YOUR issue, not the issue of the person you had sex with.
Dang, if we as grown up think this way its no wonder our children can't take responsibility for what they do.
