Posted: 2/11/2008 1:34:55 PM | never been to a meet before but i'm looking forward to it, have got some moral support in the form of my sister so not quite as scary as it would be going on my own, seems to be mostly women going at the moment, hope some more men decide to join us, if not then it will be good to meet some new friends on here anyway.

Posted: 2/11/2008 1:57:05 PM | Hi caroline - I just did a quick tot-up of genders and there are over 70 men and 40 women so we need more females to even it out a bit! There are a lot of people who are attending a meet for the first time so lets hope this is the first of many in the Bucks/Beds/Northants areas!!
There are now over 130 people signed up and quite a few are bringing friends! I also know there are some who will be going on to the Centre Mk clubbing afterwards so something for everyone I hope!!
Fleur and I went to meet and speak to the manager today and she is enthusiastic about holding the meet there and looking forward to it as much as we all are so roll on the 29th

Well we have hit the 140 mark and totally exceeded the original estimate of 30-40 people for the first MK Meet
