He looks good even with shades on, we all hoped he took them off before he gets behind the wheel of a car (at night)!
We had fun ~ mostly watched a guy dancing by himself all night, er a...I think that was the best part of the whole nite, no wonder I couldn't move today, think I had sympathy pains for him, wow!

| Thursday Night ~ House of Rock ~ GNR Tribute
Posted: 2/11/2008 5:26:55 PM | I plan on going depending on the weather and if all is clear or at least streets are clear; don't want any slip slidin' away going on that's for sure...
I called House of Rock tonight for cover charge and emailed them about this; they say $5 per person, so heck you can't beat it; if you want a table then you need to call them at 314-842-2550.

It isn't rock, I guess maybe a mixture of country and .. well maybe some old time rock n roll... anyway I think I might stop by so if anyone wants to go... let me know.
Oh, there is a cover charge.. this is a dance .. it is NOT at the bar at the VFW so I am not sure what the cost it. | |

Posted: 2/15/2008 3:24:21 PM | well the GNR tribute last night turned out to be a mini Rod Stewart Tribute instead, Ladies got in FREE cause it was Valentine's Day..guys got in for $3...GNR cancelled due to illness, so they told us around 4:30 yesterday afternoon..the band..Big Time Crush was there to pick up the slack, it was a great rockin' time!!

Trixie Delight at The Phoenix (South County)
some of us went to the Bottleneck at Ameristar last night and the band was Joe Dirt but it was pretty bad; you know you have a great band playing when the play song after song after song without missing a beat but well, they were having major probs last night..company was good though!  | |
