No wonder politicions have problems when trying to make a deal.

All Provs. east of the Manitoba Ontario border in Canada for all States west of the same border. States on the dividing line can choose either east or west.

West Stays Canada. East can be whatever

We'll take upstate. You've apparantly sold NYC to the Russians though (and they can have it).
