| Who was the most toxic person in your life?

In a period of ten years, she managed to ruin my career, take my home, and worst of all gain custody of my two boys even though I was the primary care giver. She never worked a full-time job while we were together and somehow managed to open credit cards in my name after we were divorced, thereby ruining my credit for a while as well. Toxic... yeah, that's a good word for it. | |

She was just so bitter and mean to everyone all the time. Oddly when we met she was so kind and sweet, but over time she just began changing and thankfully finally left. Even her current b/f can hardly tolerate her, in fact they have this odd on again off again thing between them, better him than me I say! | |

You weren't very compassionate and empathetic nor patient-well I can see why-who wants the drama?? she should have never tried a realtionship till after therapy..

Yes I was involved with a guy in Florida that would drink too much beer-then get freaky like throw food around on the floor when he was eating or start baby talking- and singing how he loved "mommy"..who needs it..he was like schizophrenic-he would be an arrogant bas**** one min. then a complete idiot the next..Say things and forget he said it-or change his mind in a matter of seconds, days, or weeks..got delusional -even accused me of being my twin sister who is blond blue eyed! I have dark hair-amber eyes!!Lied to his mother and brother and Dad and told me completely something diff.-that is why i won't go back to the mexico Beach, Florida area-because of him..!He didn't chase me out eitherr I was glad to be rid of the nut..ogh BTW I have insomnia it is not fun to live with-makes ya tired during the day.
His nickname for his **** was "bobo" so maybe he had multiple personalities-lol
the other toxic person in my life was the gigolo that conned me out of some of my inheritance money!! | |

Posted: 9/16/2005 1:40:33 PM | I would have to say I was the most toxic person in my life. Every bad situation/relationship, whatever that I was in, was my own doing. I was lucky enough to come from a decent home without alcohol or physical/verbal abuse unlike some who have posted on here.
My sincere wishes of happy lives to all of you that did suffer at someone else's hand. | |

Posted: 10/3/2005 9:51:22 PM | Just my opinion but if you have problems with more people than the fingers of your right hand I think it may be you that has the problem and not them. Negativity and ignorance of that are a major disease that could be stopped the question is "how?" I think forgiveness works to let go of past hurts.

THe most toxic was actually a work environment. LEad by a nurse administrator that ran the unit with the divide theory. She rewarded the witches that ran to her with any little story about their co workers. People who counted on each other working in a high stress area,(critical care). The staff were miserable . They were miserable with themselves. Nothing good to say about others. Every day it was an unknown. Was I to be one of the pirranha, or the prey. It destroyed me mentally. I have never felt the same about the profession since. | |

Either way I get hurt and trashed around by everybody. Nice to knowthat I do have a very very few select people in my life that love me, respect me and are always there for me. The rest of them... I'm a better person NOT knowing them anymore  | |

I have found that how people behave toward you is dependent on you to a large degree, so people that are close I have no problem with. it's those people who I know of, and not personally that I have a problem with, ex: George Bush, Pat Robertson, Bin Laden, Religious fanatics etc. etc. etc. Oh, and whoever makes up American Idol and other copycat tv shows. | |

she was horrid..
she poped holes in condoms so i got her pregnant.
then after she got pregnant she left me for a guy that was a drug dealer and couldnt have kids..
then when she lost it, she tried to hook back up with me (im assuming for hte same reason).
