I think it comes down to maturity, ok you meet someone you think hmmm yum you look appealing, but im wise ill look inside you and not let my emotions/hormones make long term decisions for me,,,, cause we all know hormones/emotions fluctuate..
but defenite diff if someone upfront knows already, no chance, maybe theyve spotted something thats a turn off,.reality is most people want people to see whats on the inside, but reality we are multi faceted, all layers need to be satisfied. but some can grow/change..

If friendship comes first and turns into a relationship over the long term, that's a wonderful thing, but if romance gets "in the way" you'll hardly be able to maintain "friendship status" before you start to get involved romantically. | |
