i have no problem at all with "fat women" (lets face it most women think there fat and to be honest most that think there fat i think are gorgious in there own special way) or what women perfer i mean it is there choice who they wanan get with, now, the problem i do have is the women that say things like "i want a 11 inch penis in me! ohh shaaaa suckky long time!" i mean cmon....the normal size of a male member is between 4' and 7' (and thats stretching the number really far ) and the common size is around 5' ugh its just irratates me and makes me laugh, sometimes i wish i could reatch out grab my foreskin and strangle that woman with it.

'This should not shock anyone. Women are better communicators than men are. The brain circuitry and hormones that make women so much more attuned the emotions of others are very real. We have better hearing and better verbal skills, this would translate over to an arena of discussion that is centered on emotional responses. '

Interesting, have you read some of the responses posted in this thread? A couple of examples ...

'dont make urself sound like a self-centered a$$wipe' and 'You sir, are being an a55hole about it.'

How many women have shamed anyone with the preference of height so far....none. So it seems that many women are upset when a man has a preference-especially if he states it, but a woman holds the 'justifiable' and natural right to exclude anyone for any reason they so choose. Well thats fine, we all know what really happens in the real world.

What I am most sad about is that it makes open conversation between the sexes impossible. The voices and opinions of men are essentially silenced over time...who after all likes to be insulted and ganged up on? Isn't this a dating site? If its a kangaroo court to resolve past relationships issues by bringing bile, anger and bitterness to the fore and projecting that onto men never met let alone had a relationship with then maybe this isn't the site to be on.

I cannot speak to the first comment. I don't ever use internet speak, such as "ur". However, she called it as she saw it. However, I agree with kittybiscuit, and know her to be an intelligent, well spoken person, well known in the forums for a level of reason and a sharp wit.

You may think you are being rational. That is not what is coming across. From this end you sound like you are bitter over your height and have an attitude about the weight of others, as an example:
I could sit on my ass each night and pound bars of chocolate like they are made of air

Just because you don't like what someone is saying... does not mean they communicate badly. In fact, it was rather upfront and direct.

No one dissing anyone here for having preferences within reason.

'From this end you sound like you are bitter over your height and have an attitude about the weight of others, as an example:'

Back to this again?

'Just because you don't like what someone is saying... does not mean they communicate badly.'

I'll remember to quote you the next time you are slighted/insulted/whatever.

'In fact, it was rather upfront and direct. '

....And totally off mark.

'From this end you sound like you are bitter over your height'

Just because I disagree with you and not shuffle off to a corner like a scolded schoolchild doesn't make me what you care to frame me as. Why you keep pounding away about the height issue in my regard is clearly trying to get a rise out of me. I have no issue with my height and am perfectly happy as I am...really!

'and have an attitude about the weight of others'

The quote you clipped was about me in regard to me..where does this relate to my having 'issues' with everyones else's weight? Notice how I said 'everyone and not 'WOMENS' weight.

Oh yes, sorry, instead use this quote, because it sounds so much better:

Because you can put the fork down, exercise and lose weight
Ahem, it does sound pretty bad either way.

I could not care less, I don't need the assurance of a quorum of others to reinforce my self esteem.

I am able to separate when someone is communicated and concisely. Luckily for me, not many people can insult or slight me with merely words in a forum thread, or pretty much anyone online. I actually have to respect and care about a person, to be in anyway concerned with their opinion. All others? Well, call me apathetic but I don't care.

'Because you can put the fork down, exercise and lose weight while you are born with the genetics that make you the height you are and nothing on gods green earth will change it.'

This is the full quote...now, where does the 'you' go from female to male?.....again, its a collective 'you', I mentioned it in another post to clarify.

Considering the fact that you made several disparaging remarks about fat people and the title of the thread is tall men vs chunky women, any rational person would assume you were referring to women in your comments. Compound your various comments in this thread with the fact that you started a thread about a fat woman lying about her weight to you for you say that you were talking about people in general is both disingenuous and complete underestimates the intelligence of the posters here.

You attitude and bitterness shows in your posts and you have been called on it by several people. It goes beyond a generalized preference to being, frankly, an a55hole. You're perfectly entitled to your opinions and being a jerk about it. Likewise, we are perfectly entitled to call you on it. Congrats.

From the OP:

If I read a posting and I see I am not the type of person that the poster is looking for I move on; I don't get offended and feel the need to contact them with negative comments.

So men, do women send you negative comments if you mention in your posting you are attracted to a certain type of woman?? Or is it just women who get the negative comments if she states her preferences??

Can't we all just get along?

Again and for the third time I believe...please read what I wrote regarding the collective 'you', you only seem to pick on the weight part and not the height part. And also read the part about what I say about MY OWN weight.

'Compound your various comments in this thread with the fact that you started a thread about a fat woman lying about her weight...'

In case anyone doesn't read all the posts everywhere this is the one being referred to....

'I have just come back from meeting someone I first contacted online and have a distinct 'ripped off' feeling. My frustration is increasing because this is the umpteenth time its happened.

She was supposed to be 38 and about average in size etc etc...the person that showed up was easily 10 years older and if she was a 'little' large then I really need to have what I think normal is. Isn't a size 10 roughly normal? I thought so...she said she was a size 8...try 18!!!

Now, before I hear that 'men do it too' etc lets just look at this from a non sex basis...why the #%@& would anyone lie about something that is so obvious and so easy to 'mythbust' that it takes a non-expert like me 1/2 second to see through it? Is it to get a foot in the door? Is it just to get out the house and meet someone? If it is to get a foot in the door as it were then aren't you starting things off on the totally wrong foot?'

Now the two posts are two different posts, one is about weight and height while the other is about lying in general...connected? If a woman says she 38 or whatever and X dress size(oh, one more thing..I didn't ask her for that information, she volunteered it) and it turns out she isn't..well? The point of that post and main question was about and in regard to lying...not her weight and age. Try reading the post sometime and get beyond what became a weight issue that she essentially raised.

My attitude? Coming from you thats pretty rich, have you read each and every one of your enlightened posts? Yes, I am entitled to my opinion, thank you. And thanks again for the sweet words angel, you never fail to charm.

There is a double standard but it's not the men who are superficial most of the time. If a woman, for example says, "I want a man who is tall, dark and handsome," it is called preference or physical attraction. Now if a man, for example says, "I want a woman who is blond, skinny and large breasted," it is called being superficial and shallow. Yes, there is a double standard.

Of course I have read all of my posts, I wrote them. With every nasty little jab you take at me and everyone else in this thread, the worse you make yourself look.

Not a single person on the califorums has gotten on someone's case for having a preference. What you seemed to have missed from mominitrix's posts is there is difference in delivery. Simply stating a preference is one thing. Making judgmental assumptions about others while expressing your preference is another. Maybe that is ok in the general forums but we have a tendency to at least try to be nice about it around here.

I guess you have yet to catch on.

The first, I keep hearing that expression but it's really sort of mythical. I only hear it on TV, no real woman I know says it. In fact, I only know one woman who was particularly what I would consider to be really superficial, and I don't bother with her. Most women

The second is bourne out by media, for the most part.

Su*per*fi*cial:
1. Concerned with or comprehending only what is apparent or obvious; shallow.
2. Apparent rather than actual or substantial: a superficial resemblance.

While physical appearance does count for some, if it's the only thing you are interested in, well, good luck with that either way.

Do you seriously you're going to win anyone's sympathy?

You came into this thread, pooped all over it, and are mad because you got the newspaper treatment.

Anyone with two eyes and a brain can see it for what it is.

Not a single person on the califorums has gotten on someone's case for having a preference.

I must respectfully wholeheartedly disagree. I see men who are into younger women getting disparaged all the time no matter how many times we parrot "everybody has a right to their preferences". I also find women
on the forum get away with making a lot of disparaging comments towards men without being taken to task for it. This is not to say that men don't make rude comments towards women , they do; but when they do both the males and the females on the group get after them. When a woman does it, it's often ignored. Maybe because men are seen as more threatening? Maybe because woman's opinions are considered as being less important? I don't know, I leave that to you sociologists.

And this is odd....because...? As long as I am taller than her and she has a jar of chunky penut butter, I really don't see the problem.

Well, no it isn't odd in and of itself except the guy claimed to be in his early 40s but was more like late 50s and wanted a 20-something to spank or somesort and the entire description was just.very.strange. His whole profile and thread was just...lotion in the basket creepy, kwim?

There is a difference between having sexual fantasies and airing them out like dirty socks and hoping sock bandit will come and steal them.
