my prognosis prevailed in that the Giants defense proved to be the difference.

Terry Glen has been out all season, how is he supposed to know whats really going on? And with TO out the last game and a half up to today, that didnt help.

The Giants wont be able to hold up against Favre suave though.

Its going to be a packers - pats superbowl.

.......don't hold your breath!........everybody counted out the giants before the game!....most said it would be an easy win for dallas.

...the giants are the TRUE road warriors this season.......wining many of their games on the road..........they are going into this game very confident and with little to lose!!!!

.....the pressure is on the (fudge)packers to win...not the giants!

Next weeks nfc game will go right down to the wire. Tough one to call. The road warriors against the hall of Fame guy that a lot of folks thought should have retired last summer...in Lambeau. Classic matchup. Can Eli keep it rolling?
Congrats to the G-Men today.

Still amazing to me how so few give the Giants the benifit of a doubt. Two hours after the game and I have to read this BS. I have heard all the stats and match ups and remarks.

The Big Blue will beat Green Bay! On the road seems we can not lose. I like being the underdog. We beat the no#1 seed and now we are going down a notch to the #2 seed and we will beat them.

Well i said it would be about individual match ups and it seem the Giants d line beat our o lines ass all night. I said the cowboys recievers have the advantage over ny db's. Well it didn't matter since romo was on the run ALL night.

Hat's off to the Gmen.

GO PACKERS!!!!!!!!!!(never thought I'd say that)

I'm telling you, SHE was there!! SHE may have been in disgiuse and SHE wasn't up in the luxury box, but SHE was in the building!!!

Maybe Tony needs to go to Brokeback Mountain and find himself a new significant other! Then, Romo the Homo could lead the Cowboys!

Does anyone else here think that Joe Buck and Troy Aikman are lovers on the sly???

Is that his Name "Joe Buck"? He was the worst sports announcer I ever heard. If I had a shot gun I would have shot my TV because he was down grading the Giants all game

How many times have I said this. Don't count the chickens before they hatch.

Way back when when Green Bay beat the Giants and the Giants started there season 0 - 2. They where a different team. Manning was playing with a bum shoulder. They where at home also and this year they did not dominate at home at all. But now they are a different team. Just remember the Giants where winning that game 14 to 13 for three quarters. Shockey made two major bad plays. One spiking the ball after a great run and one dropping an easy catch. I know Green bay is having a great year and they do deserve the spot in the Championship game. But so does the underdog Giants. Which they are very confident that they can make it to the Superbowl. And being they beat Dallas gives them a good edge in the next game. It will be a great game. Manning's 49 seconds to get a touch down after Dallas had the ball 10 Min's was very impressive and hopefully shows The Green Bay Packers that this is not going to be an easy win for them. Do not forget the Giants ability to sack the QB. They have the most in the league

i am so pleased for eli manning. the press and popular opinion have been defeated again. eli has been getting condemmed by almost everyone and now he is playing in the nfc conference game. football is a team sport and the giants are playing good football. when the giants were not doing so good it was all elis fault. now that they giants are getting props for playing good the team is in sync? i hope now everyone will give eli some breathing room and relax. good job giants but keep your eye on the prize.

Anguish, misery, shock! This is the bluest of Mondays for me as I try to come to grips with the defeat of my 'boys.

17 Again, your devotion has been rewarded, and I congratulate you.

If I were a betting person, which I am, I predict a Green Bay vs. Patriots Super Bowl.

HOWEVER, I think it would be truly awesome to see Eli and the Gnats crush the mighty Patriots. Now THAT would be SUPER!

As Eli would say its a team effort. But I thank you!

Yes I think the Giants are the only way this year to sink the Perfect Pats in there quest for ultimate perfection. Yes those defensive gnats as you say would bring back the meaning to a real SUPER-BOWL

Now just dreaming of course here. Giants lets say do win the NFC Championship game. How many nightmares will the Pats have before the Superbowl? Being the last time the Giants lost was to the Pats 38-35. Would there nightmares be like Dajavue?

17AGAIN & Fishernick..I congratulate your Giants on a great win. Eli stepped up, Toomer looked awesome, They ran the ball well, the O Line did a great job & above all the Defense & special teams were spectacular. I think The Giants can can beat the Packers in Green Bay, In fact, I am not sure Green Bay can thwart the Giant pass rush. Should be a awesome game.

i think the Giants can take 'em as well. I like Favre, but i really love underdogs and these kinds of stories. Somehow, that last regular season game has changed this football club into a serious contender. They're focussed on a rematch with the Pats, but first things first.

Giants over the Packers in a wild one. Strahan gets his two sacks this time amd maybe he'll wave to TO out in TV popcorn land late in the game.

Wouldn't bother me at all if Bill Belicheat and Shady Brady lost some sleep over this prospect. Their perfect season ruined by a wild card team. Their invincible quarterback getting owned by the "lesser" Manning. Nightmares for them indeed!

earthling! its not a dream, its reality now, the Giants beat Dallas. There is no way to even suggest that they can not beat the Packers. Cowboys beat the Packers and they also got swept by Chicago. Anything can happen. You also said there is no way the Giants could beat Dallas ............but they did! I am not saying for sure that the Giants will win. But they do have the momentum with them. Even while hurting and missing key players they still beat Dallas with TO and a healthy franchise. I do hope the Giants win because I am a fan. And all this talk about Romo and Jessica its played out already.

GO Giants

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!

I wonder, did Giant management arrange the free trip to Mexico for Romo and Jessica??? hhhhmmmm.

No, but Giants fans did pay for an airplane to fly a banner over Texas Stadium that said "Good Luck, Tony. Love, Jessica" and The New York Post got hold of a Jessica lookalike and paid her travel and ticket expenses so that she could sit in the stands and mess up Tony's mojo.

I'm a Cowboys fan, but I have to admit those pranks were genius.

I'm back guys. I had to have a few days of grieving now I'm ready to talk Packers/Giants. Hopefully the G-spots will get their asses handed to them.
