I know it is also pretty common for men to knock off some knuckle children on the bathroom stall wall at work, just so they could gain more focus. And women to ride the monkey into the sunset to cure their insomnia.
Like the first time I had sex, alone and in the dark, it seems to be a ritual now a days.
You know it is too much when you have seminal seepage due to the shock to your parasympathetic system or a hormonal/chemical imbalance that causes focus problems or male pattern baldness. Though none of these have been conclusive nor proven in studies. Mostly with masturbating too much you will just wreck your relationships, have no friends and no hobbies. A sh*tty disposition can also cause those things, so you should masturbate so you wont be such an a$$bag. | |

However if you are man you'll into some problems if do it a lot......lower sperm count.....fatigue.....pain in you balls....lack of sensations.....scarring of the tissue......sperm leakage.....and many more not so great things.
So you really should take it easy....find a mate and a more normal relationship | |
