When men jerk off so much, they can not perform with a lady. Too many men are major over doers in the jerk off catogory.
Ya know, she's got a point there. I think from now on, all us females should control just how often our guys get themselves off and under what circumstances it's permissable for them to do so. Let's lay down the law!
