i LOVE thongs. they do the job efficiently and smoothly, they are the secret service/special ops of underwear - the best & the 'cool'est same time.
nothing like a good thong or g-string : they hold in what needs to, and leave u to live ur life without interference. nothing more annoying than lines over ur ass to make ur fancy dress look cheesy. panty lines are a fashion and style lack of taste and no-no.
my fav undies these days are g-strings that have very small coverage in front, but perfectly enough to give a very comfy coverage between my legs, yet, so small they r almost invisible - it's the most comfortable style i've ever worn
nothing more annoying than extra fabric going up ur ass, collecting on one side or another, showing from under ur pants and so on.

Posted: 4/17/2008 8:44:18 AM | If you are against them; don't wear them. This is a piece of garment that women typically wear, so men really should not be against them per se.
They are worn because:
1. They are comfortable as much as many seem to think they are not (assuming you have the right size and body type - lol).
2. They should NOT be seen when you wearing them regardless if you are standing and/or sitting. If you can see them, it is because those women want to expose them. However, not all women need that type of attention nor have that sense of "fashion".
3. Panty lines are in NO WAY sexy. They are disgusting and considered a faux pas in this neck of the woods.
4. "Fullbacks" as you reference them are typically used by those who do not like the thong or smaller cut undergarments. Or depending on what the woman is wearing or what time of "the month" it is.
There is a time, place and preference for the type of undies (or lack of) a woman chooses to wear.

About the only thing I kind of miss about chicks wearing full-backs is when they would crawl up their asses and they'd have to do this whole wedgie picking thing. I don't know. I always thought that was hot when I was a kid.
But thongs are totally the way to go. Particularly satin thongs. Yummy.
I miss the whole thong peaking out of the back of the jeans trend. The whale tail. That was amazingly sexy. You don't see it that much anymore. At least I don't.
I'll tell you what's overrated as hell is going commando. A friend and I had a nice long discussion about this at a baseball game a year or two ago after this girl in front of us was displaying the whole coinslot/asscrack cleavage thing.
We both agreed that girls going commando just doesn't work. It's one of those things that sounds sexy in theory but is totally unattractive in actuality.
And seriously, plumbers cracks don't look good on anybody. That's why we laugh at plumbers for it. | |

That reminds me of when I first saw a woman who's thong straps were peaking out of her hip huggers at a Salsa Dance party in Los Angeles. So I politely walked over and informed her that everyone could see her underwear. She thanked me and took off for the ladies room. Two years later it was had become fashion statement and half the women were wearing their undies like that. | |
