Don't be ridiculous, of course you can smoke doing her doggie style. You just need to be careful. The best thing is to find a really heavy ashtray. One of those enormous glass monsters that are very low and flat and way about 20 pounds. Get a pillow, put it under her chest (for her comfort) and pull her wrists up behind her waist. With most girls you can get a good grip on both wrists with one hand. Now, her upper back should be pretty flat and you can rest the ashtray there. If it's heavy enough it won't move.
