Met some hot men, some complete weirdos, a couple of stalkers, one guy came to my door with his penis hanging out of his pants because he thought i would laugh........

On here 0 in person does that included re dating too dating someone no longer dating them a month or so later date them again if thats the case I will say my share | |

Posted: 9/8/2006 10:22:39 AM | After reading many of these posts, makes me wonder whats holding some back from meeting people? I see it as, I can never have enough friends right? What's a harmless fun night out on the town?
Anyways, I've been on here since January. I've had the chance to talk to many, and met 9 people now (all were really great people at heart.) Of course we connect with some and others not, however I've met but only one fish worthy to mention and still going strong.(three weeks doesn't count, you know who you are)

Posted: 9/14/2006 2:55:24 PM | I joined in Jan of 2006 and I have met 2 people from this site on non-dates that were one-on-one and no, nothing physical occurred.
I've also met some of the locals at one of the coffee meet-ups.
But no actual "dates" thus far -- but as a single Mom I am #1 cautious and #2 often busy so that definately has an impact on this sort of thing. | |

As for me, I have been on here since February, have met and dated about 15 men, one date each..If I like them, they didn't like me, and vice versa lol! But this last one lasted 3 months before we split. Meeting a new one today for lunch... | |

I've probably had at least 20 dates with different guys since that time. So far, only one has stuck around long enough to get to really know me. I've recently added to my profile that my attention span for e-mailing is very short. I notice a lot of people get stuck in the e-mailing phase and it never goes anywhere. I do get bored with the "take a number" dating also. Either you want to meet or you don't and I think you can decide that with a minimal number of e-mails exchanged. | |
