try browsing in La Senza and places like that.
From a woman's point of view, the guys that go shopping in La Sensa are usually shopping for their women, boyfriends, or in some cases themselves...so not a good place to hang out hoping to get picked up...
...if some guy hit on me in La Senza, I would probably ask security to escort me to my car (can you say suspected sociopath?)

i like this topic its one that we (as in me n the girls) talk bout a lot......where are all the single people????
OT: i live in a small town so options are a lil limited ....but i hang out at:
the local beaches
camping with my kids (if the weather is nice)
the local boston pizza in the lounge
the local pub
coombs market
touristy type places
the malls in nanaimo
the theatres and restaurants in nanaimo
and of course work.....cant avoid that.....gotta work
so far...no luck meeting singles.....but i would like to know where the single guys hang out....... | |

Posted: 2/9/2008 11:44:02 PM | I stay up all night on these darn addictive forums, play Scrabble on Facebook, write poetry & blogs that only mean something to me & nothing to those I send them to. Mornings I can be found sleeping or lounging in bed making mental lists of what I should be doing while cuddling myself & daydreaming about kissing, snuggling & mmm ...  Life begins in the afternoon for me ... for now anyway. Work is flexible for the most part so I do it whenever, usually procrastinate then cram to get it all done right before the deadline. 
Then there's 90 minutes of workout every other day ... hour-long showers ... two hour long baths (I'm a dirty, dirty girl  ) ... Costco ... Save-On Foods ... Rocky Point ... sitting outside sipping wine & chatting with the neighbours. Being involved in a feed-the-homeless program, music team & leadership of the singles group at my church, well, that's where I hang out a lot at music rehearsals, meetings & various social events. I hang out with my friends at Starbucks, Tim Horton's, Red Robin, Tony Romas & wherever else they want to go. I hang out with my family in Coquitlam & Vancouver, walk their dog at Trout Lake whenever I visit them. Don't watch a lot of TV except on some Thursday nights ... am addicted to Grey's Anatomy ... also watch other medical shows & criminology shows, sometimes watch poker or movies that my kid rents.

ya forgot to mention the bush on a trail heading to your secret trout fishing lake with a cooler full of beer/ pound of butter and a frying pan whether it be in the winter or summer as this is one of my things to do get more exersize and fresh air,and no never met any gals up there as of yet but........ya just never know. | |

As I was waiting I’m looking around and all I see is old broads! Like not like the old broads here I mean these chicks had walkers! The place was full of old people wheeling around oxygen bottles……….man that place was creepy! | |
