IMO, we do not chose another based solely on any one sense but on a combination of several... additionally, I believe if all 5 of our senses can be affected in a positive way by another then it becomes that attraction that is often descibed as the "person for me". Can there be more than "one" to fit that description? Yes, there could be but here is where other factors get filtered into this equation - commonalities of viewpoints, sex, enjoyment/entertainment, dreams/goals, family, etc. Followed by the time it takes to tell you if the senses continue to find pleasure with another, as well as if the commonalities are there - it is the one who continues to do so, who is "that one".
On another line of your posts, (being that I have several nasal allergies) I prefer not smelling all the people on-line... for some, just a peek is more than enough... lol

let me get this right:::
if i dont use deodarants or after shave for a few days i will give off some natural " scent" that will hopefully attract women.........right, ok.
so it wouldnt be sweat i was giving off but an appealing " scent".
so if i dont bath or shower and dont use ANY deodorants for a few days it will stand me better for if i went out on the pull...........must try this one.
i really dont get any of this.
what i can smell on women is their perfume........nothing else as far as i know anyway. | |

Speaking for me not the others..
A "few days" of natural scent I wouldnt want to smell..that becomes overbearing imo..
Just get out in the yard..sweat a few hours..cut the grass old style..work on your vehicle a couple hrs doing manual labor..then come in the house & no shower! lol
That is the natural scent of a man I find arousing..it is really nice if you have some body hair to help trap that scent!..lol
And..its like in the ams when my husband was home..and he first woke up..that smell..god I wish I could have it in a bottle I could sniff every day & night!..we do have our own unique scent..we do.. | |

Posted: 1/17/2008 4:06:07 PM | All true, but I think this scent is picked up sub-consciously. It's very subtle. The scent from BO is mostly the guff from bacteria. It might even overpower you own natural genetic markers, so perhaps having a shower occassionally won't harm your prospects too much  . | |

personally speaking tho -i would still prefer to smell perfume on a woman even if she had just been cutting the grass.....or done any type of work like that.
even the slightest whiff of sweat from a woman would be a massive turn off for me.
any woman who i know if i told them i could smell sweat on them would firstly freak out then storm off to the nearest ladies room to squirt their potions and lotions on themselves.
i too would freak out if i were sweating and coming into contact with women........my fear would be smelling of sweat and feeling un-appealing to these women. | |

Posted: 1/18/2008 10:30:16 AM | ^^^^ And working them out a lot harder (in a horizontal sort of way you understand). Then the smells will strike that chord that runs all the way to your core.
Our memory of smells is supposed to be one of the longest, most firmly imprinted memories. Sigh ... I think I need my memory refreshed.
