I don't know if it is an art or if it is a skill
But anyone can do it; the crap about someone just, 'not being able to do it' is such BullSh1t
And the 'art' you might speak of is to include other things along with the tongue, the tongue is important, but without other things, it might as well be useless...
Just some quick ideas
G-Spot: located two inches and one-two inches up, good rule of thumb...stick in two fingers and curve them up and make a 'come hither' motion, and move them in and out at the same time...slow at first the faster and faster
Clit: don't ignore it, they don't call it 'the love button' for nothing, just don't touch it with a dry finger. That could actually hurt the woman you're with...
but first, don't jump into the deep end, first give her a massage, and kiss, lick and suck on her legs, stomach, tits, ear lobes, chin, toes, ass, and whatever your heart desires...

Absolutely great advice here. Use your fingers, different pressures and rhythms are nice, LISTEN, and keep going. If something is working...don't speed up. Keep doing it just the way you are. Many of us men get better as we age..and take the time to learn because we actually care, so your 10% jumps to probably 60%...I can however see where you are coming from...few 24 yr olds care too much to actually listen to what a woman wants(and there are a few that dont get better as they age LOL)..I always did, but that was me...and that surprised many when i was that age....

1) slow down you're probably doing it to fast!!
3) Don't be to rough my clit is 100 times more sensitive than your knob so to much sensation can actually be uncomfortable
4) Actually pay attention to how she's responding, don't think that just because your down there and you're enjoying it, you're doing a good job
