Well if I can get the courage to hit the dance floor. We haven't had a bad night yet in nearly two years of regualar events so hope to get chatting with some of the new faces. If anyone has ideas for some summer events please let Lynn or myself know the more ppl on board he better. | |

Its not all about trying to 'pull' but to have a great nite out and meet new people
and............... if u happen to 'pull' ........ thats a big +
I quite agree. If you go along with the intention of pulling there's a 99.9% chance that you won't. Go along, get to know a few pof members, have a laugh and 'relax'.
Guys i'm no Romeo ok but spending all evening at the bar drowning your sorrows with other similarly minded individuals, clicking your fingers and halfheartedly dancing will not make a positive impression on anyone. Nor will pestering the opposite sex after having a skinfull!
Join in, have a laugh, forget how long it's been or why you are single (because no one wants to know), dance whatever way you can and above all 'smile'. I promise you will have a great time.
Girls. Give the guys a break will you. lol.
Not sure if i'll be able to make it. Social life my be on hold for the foreseeable future if I have to apply for full weekend custody of my kids. Don't ask. The joys of separation! lol | |

I'm sure some of the other ladies that have attended previous meets can reassure you on this and perhaps if you get chatting to them maybe they can meet up with you on the night. | |

Just a reminder to those attending that we will be upstairs in the residents lounge kindly granted by the welly so they know we are coming so if your not sure just ask at the desk for either Lynn or Jason, wer stayin there so will be there before people arrive and if you like i will meet some of you in the foyer so u dont have to walk in on your own.
I will be sending out mass mail during next week just as a reminder and i will also be contacting the hotel with approximate numbers so if you dont intend goin please take urself of the list.    | |
