I wasn't trying to bust on ptbigness   . I REALLY am trying to help steer him and other POF members in the right direction.
Some of us women have had several POF men (ptbigness) NOT BEING one of them, email us that they "Would Love to Come Camping", but don't have their "own tents". Some have gone as far to insinuate that they would be willing to " Share Sleeping Arrangments"........so to speak............with some of the POF ladies.
As long as we are all consenting adults over 21, what ever happens at Campstock can stay at Campstock      , but I don't think it should assumed  
By the way. I was at the Walmart in Osprey Wednesday night (doing some last minute Valentine shopping), and happened to look and see that there are tents for less than $20.00 I just want everyone to feel safe and have an enjoyable time......

I picked up a replacement pole for my tent (yes Walmart does carry them in case anyone was wondering) as well as a new Tempurpedic top inflatable air mattress....after all what is camping without a bed like that...lol.
Has anyone else decided to bring a grill other than Asherstx? | |

Sounds like we could make a run with a couple of vehicles if enough of us wanted to mix events....... Lets see how the day, evening pans out. By then we may be comfy where we are, or ready for a change of scenery?.....

Friday the office Opens @ 8:00am and we would like to have everyone checked in by at least 8 or 9 that night ,
Saturday Night
The Office Opens @ 8:00am and is Open till 10:00pm
Checking in Please go to the Front offices and pay your Dues For the Weekend, it is 10.oo per night per person. They will give you a parking pass. we will be in pavillion #6
I believe.
If you have a golf cart or atvs your welcome to bring them.
grills you are also welcome to bring

Posted: 2/14/2008 6:29:22 PM | I agree. Walmart has some nice cheap ones. I bought a small one that just popped up and was perfect. Pretty much simple but ok for the weekend.
I noticed this tent online. It sleeps 3 to 4 and it's on sale for $29.00 bucks! They will deliver to the local Walmart so you'd pay no shipping. I suspect it would arrive in just a few days. Go to www.walmart.com and type Tent. That pulls up all the tents. It's 9 X 8. If that one isn't good, there one for $49.98 by Suissa that's 10 X 12. I know you're tall so you might want the height.

Posted: 2/18/2008 9:03:18 PM | Um. I'm borrowing a small stove with gas burners from relatives. I may have to ask for some help on the initial setup. I'd hate to blow myself up by accident. I can see it now, in one fell swoop I take out Campstock! Eek. I suspect it's easier than it looks but I thought I'd beg a little before getting there. 
I may be able to set up my tent (got a cool one with a pop up function - as long as there are not major windstorms - is great) and do everything else, but I've never cooked on a gas stove (until now).

Took mom to DR. yesterday and they set up surgery for Wed the 27th and she'll be in far a day and a half...then I'll have to take care of her. But, if my brother comes down from GA. I might slip away for awhile and come out.

Has anyone noticed we've got tons of people from all over! I think that's what makes this really cool.
