Ashely and Sophia got to the campground around 11:00. Ashely says it is warmer than she expected and wants me to bring shorts for her later. Good to know. So the days are going to be warm. Bring clothes to dress in layers.

Is planning a hike Saturday outside the park on a trial near by. Anyone who would be interested in joining him contact him or me and we can arrange a meet up for time. He has not hiked that trail yet, and wants to warn people he can't not guarantee the level of difficulty yet. He is also bringing his drawing supplies. I may also bring mine.....Volenteer models anyone?
Winesong: is coming on Saturday and bringing his guitar. I have a little drum and some tambourine type instruments, that we can use to join in. | |

Will be leaving early Sunday morning, because I have a class to teach @ 9:30 am. I promise to be quiet !!! Please keep me posted on anything you guys need and what I should DEFINITELY bring. The tenting was something new to me & I appreciated all the help everybody gave me in setting up (i.e. Sophia, Frank, Scott, & Donna).I am looking forward to the next event.
LadyDi, I hope the second night was much better. I know you had a bad first night; just realize that everybody in the group is not like the person who treated you bad & there are some great people in the group.

Thank you all so much for making me feel so welcomed. We did get lost going home, but I made it to class in time. Thank you all for your support, you guys are the best camping buddies I have ever had, I can't even imagine a better group of people to spend my weekend with!!! Thank you for all the help with setting up, taking down, and of course...keeping me up
Beer pong was awesome....though I am still looking for a worthy competitor....but I am teaching you all very very well I might add. Very quick learners!!
Pam is sending me her pics, as well as Mark and Gene, so as soon as I get them, I will post them on here, as well as e-mailing any to any of you that want them.

Horse shoes with Kent, Billy, Mike, Pete, Sophia, Kim, Mike, Hose' was fun. There was NO WAY that pool was 84 degrees. Some how several of us made it in for a swim anyway.
Thanks Mark for the wine delivery, and Rocky for bringing the guitar although we didn't get to hear much. We were deep in Jazz verses Disco music with the compromise of Regea..... Taxman we defiantly need our own CD player for our Jazz next time.

Have all the amenities of the peace river, on east lake toho plus close to all the attractions plus a restuarant,fishing,boating,large pavillion possible band location for dancing. I can stop by and see what kind of discount rate we could get I,m sure we could get a sizeable group together and we could possibly do a 4 day weekend.Any interested partys let me know. the alifi river There is no alcohol restriction. Its not known for having any gators.
Fort De Soto Park Is located on the beach and looks great - but I think there is alcohol restrictions. | |
