NEW YuK Gain'TS 2009-2010 got killed by the Saints 48-27
Posted: 10/19/2009 10:54:33 AM
Thank you Nancy and Jac for the congrats!

Sweet Nancy, I was worried about you during the game and was hoping that you didn't throw your beverage through the tv screen while you were at your favorite sports bar. Really, who needs all of those legal hassles for the property damage? So Nancy, how do you think that Eli enjoyed his homecoming??

Jac, the refs knew exactly what they were doing! You've never heard of a home town call?????

StraightUpOriginal, very glad to have you still with us here!! You fine little cajun fox!

Well, you Giant fans and stats lovers can take comfort in only dropping to the 2nd spot in overall defense, and may move back into the top spot if the Chargers can put up big numbers against the Broncos tonight. But, unfortunately, the G-men have dropped down from 2nd to the middle of the league (17th) in points allowed per game, after having that 48 dropped on them yesterday! And with the 10 games remaining on your schedule, as little as a 5-5 record the rest of the way should win the East Division! After all, you really have no other team in your division that can challange your team.

Enjoy your week Giant fans!!

Oh thanks Wiz darling I will have a good week. Just becuase we got our azzez kicked by the Saints...doesn't mean we can't compete, just a bit rusty after 3 easy teams. WE"LL BE BACK!!!

Oh and Sum1 how come I also see the thread name change above your posts too???? Hmmmmm???

Pete I took front a seat, well o.k. at least a seat near the front, problem was staying in the seat. LOL had some NO fans there too, but they were nice, so no drinks in their faces. Besides why waste a good beer? Kept the language SEMI clean.
Oh Whoa is me....like Eli I am wallowing in my sadness, overwhelmed with grief, despondent. In fact I haven't even the strength to be on top, I'm so relieved to have you on top this time. Can I have your shoulder to cry on? .....ooops I mean

Steel he started that back on page 54, msg. 1037. That's why I changed the Patriots thread to the "New England Patsies" a couple of times.

Sum1 has changed the NY title too????? Sum you need to support your Team, win or lose. We have made it to the Super Bowl on more than one occasion WITHOUT a perfect score. .

Of course the G-spots are going to the playoffs. They have one of the easiest schedules in the league. But, playing subpar teams is not the wayy to prepare for the playoffs.

Sure sweet Nancy, any time! Hmmm, now let's see, it's about a 26 hour drive from NJ to halfway down the east coast of Fla. If I start tomorrow, I could be there by Thursday, perhaps, and we could go to the Saints game down the coast at Land Shark Stadium this Sunday!

Jac, the refs knew exactly what they were doing! You've never heard of a home town call?????

The Saints sack on Eli where he fumbled the ball and the ball was kicked by a saint player picked up by another saint player where he fumbled the ball and the giants recovered. But was challenged by Booth review ( under 2 minuites left in the half ) They called the saints player was ruled down before the fumble but never mentioned anything at all about the saint player kicking the ball. That's a little more than a home town call, That's some home town cooking.

The D-lineman didn't intentionally kick that ball. He merely sideswiped it with the side of his foot as he was randomly moving his feet in that pit that is the line od scrimmage.
Besides, suppose the G-spots retained possession and the G-spots scored. That 14 point turn around wouldn't be enough to change the outcome. It only would have saved them from being humiliated. Remember that seven of the G-spots points came during garbage time and Brees sat out with 5:30 left to play.

The D-lineman didn't intentionally kick that ball.

But the ball did go off the players foot. In baseball if the batter does not swing and the ball hits the bat it's a strike or if the ball lands in the playing field it's ruled a fair ball.

That 14 point turn around wouldn't be enough to change the outcome. It only would have saved them from being humiliated.

It could have changed the game around for the Giants.

That saints offense was up and down the field on that defense. Was a little suprising to me.

Saints look good no doubt about it. The nfc champ game might have to run through the big easy this year.

Drew Brees is a beast...Rivers is a good qb too, turned out good for both teams I guess...

Boy, I need JAC and Sum1 here to keep the thread in tow!!!!

Oh and Pete SWEETIE skip the Saints game. Will that be 2 rounds or 3.
BTW, I think Eli needed a LOT OF DRINKS when that game was over.

Yeah next week the Giants are playing at home, against the Cards. A night game YEAH!!! That means it will aired!!!!!
Giants will have win!!!!

Well monday night football is on... Chow for now.

Bill Parcells said it best when he said that you are what your record says you are. Right now there are two teams in the NFC who have a better record than the G-spots.

Ciao Nancy.

I have posted on one or more forums every day since Sunday. I am not playing in weasels sand box with him and his new brown nose buddy steel since dingaling left. I was one of the first to congratulate Skooch and Pete right after the Giant loss. Hey weasel did you line up 59 blue dildos in a row and count them over and over again this week? Bet your still happy as a pig in Sh!t.

The truth of it all is that if the Giants would have won, JaB would have been rubbing it in skooch and Pete's face all week. To be honest, I think JaB would have claimed that the bet was a bet, which Skooch propose several weeks back, and would have started calling Skooch a welcher like he continued to do to Deed. We don't even see Deed posting here anymore since JaB harassed him out of these forums.

Seems that way huh. Oh wait I must be brown nosing again.

If you are, it's nothing compared to the brown nosing JaB has done to FrancyNancy and Sum1 we know.

I'll tell you where I put them....Look in the mirror JaB, turn around, and bend over....SURPRISE!!!! You are the first person in the world that can hold 59 dildos .

The Giants' season-opening five-game winning streak ended as they gave up more points in a game than they had in a decade. Washington scored 50 on Sept. 19, 1999 in Giants Stadium.

Carr replaced Manning and his third play was a 37-yard touchdown pass to Nicks. It was Carr's first scoring pass of the season.

The Giants appeared to score a touchdown when a scrambling Manning threw a fourth-down 10-yard pass to Brandon Jacobs, who jumped to make a terrific catch in the end zone. But Shaun O'Hara was penalized for holding, pushing the Giants back to the 20. Tom Coughlin then elected to kick the field goal. You can not see the hold here in the replay.

The Giants trailed at halftime, 34-17, their largest deficit after two quarters since Nov. 25, 2007, when they trailed Minnesota, 24-7. The 34 points were the most allowed by the Giants in a first half since Seattle scored 35 on Sept. 24, 2006, in a 42-30 Seahawks victory.

Tynes got the Giants on the scoreboard with a 49-yard field goal with three seconds remaining in the first quarter. It was his longest field goal in three seasons with the Giants and longest since Dec. 17, 2006, when he kicked a 52-yarder for Kansas City at San Diego.

not only did the Gmen lose, they got btich-slapped by the aints!....we can't expect them to win every game.....but this was a disaster

This is a "red-alert" for the coaching staff..........Coughlin is gonna need to throw the hood open and try to make serious adjustments here...they gotta be able to elevate their game from now on as we approach mid-season!

I remember them announcing that during the game.

I agree, and the players need to step it up. Personally I think they have become complacent in the last few games, playing hard but not making the extra effort. The Saints must have a hard count, our defense had a lot of offsides penalties, that is sloppy playing.

For you Pete:

I see, but not much bragging like they usually do....Why is that? Maybe because the Saints kicked the Giants a$$!!!!

I think this "aints" title no longer belongs to the Saints....The Gaints hold this crown for the remaider of the year.

All I have to say right now is....We Will see.
